Hello!, thanks for your question, there are several products that surgeons offer in order to get the best results. There are many surgeons who perform traditional lipo with exceptional results, another surgeons use some technologies with excellent results, the most important is the technique and skills of your surgeon and how your surgeon feels using some of those technologies. So the most important in my philosophy is the surgeon skills to choose and perform the correct procedure more than the device used for lipo.

The best kind of liposuction is the kind that’s done by an experienced talented provider on a patient who is a good candidates for the procedure.
That’s it.
In the end all forms of liposuction simply use Athen stainless steel tube connected to a source of vacuum to suck out fat. The equipment has virtually no impact on results in comparison to who does the procedure and the candidacy of the individual getting the procedure.
Whether the fat is pre-treated with an ultrasound probe, a laser fiber or the liposuction cannula vibrates really has very little impact.
Plastic surgeons have the equipment they need to do their job.
The difference in outcome when it comes to this procedure is purely based on the difference in skill and experience among different providers.

You are asking the wrong question. The right question is to question the training and experience of the surgeons you are considering. Essentially all types of liposuction can get excellent results in expert hands. A huge portion of practitioners of the newer types of systems are non surgeons who have minimal training as the manufacturers will sell them to anyone who will pay their price. They then have minimal training on the use and minimal surgical judgement for a procedure that has a significant complication rate and a high risk with anything but very minimal suctioned volume. Liposuction of the "belly and side fat" falls into the latter group.
