Liposuction will help improve with fat reduction to the legs, but it could also make the dimpling worse when you remove the fullness. Thank you for your query. You do have more fat in the lower part of your body and a relatively flat stomach. I would recommend losing all the weight you plan to and then going for some thigh liposuction along with a nonsurgical skin tightening treatment like ThermiTight or Bodytite. You have a great shape to your body and would be an excellent candidate for a BBL. A BBL comes with lipo 360 so you would have a really good shape and it would also help with some cellulite in your buttocks as well. With your large weight loss and your genes you have some general skin laxity and there is nothing that can be done to change that or smooth the skin in your thighs for example.
