Answer: Liposuction candidate Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you belly, waist, flanks and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Also, 360 thighs liposuction with Skin tightening treatment to enhance the appearance of your legs, Finally, I suggest take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards Dr. Emmanuel Mallol

Answer: VASERsmooth From what you’ve described, there may be signs of lipedema, but it's very difficult to diagnose without an in-person medical evaluation. A consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or vascular specialist would be the best next step. They can assess whether it's lipedema or simply stubborn fat distribution and skin texture caused by genetics, hormones, or past weight fluctuations. For smoother legs and better shape, there are both non-invasive and surgical options. Some possibilities include: Liposuction (especially HD lipo or power-assisted lipo): to contour the thighs, stomach, and enhance your waist-to-hip ratio.Fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL): for more volume and projection.Skin tightening or cellulite-reducing treatments (non-surgical options like Morpheus8, BodyTite, or Cellfina). It’s great that you’ve already made amazing progress with your weight. At 165 lbs and 5'4", you're in a range where body contouring can make a noticeable and beautiful difference, especially if you’re close to your personal goal weight. Here’s a great transformation from a patient with a similar concern

Answer: I want nicer legs and a butt Hello, thank you for your questions and photos! Unfortinitaly liposuction will not help with the dimpling appearance on your legs and butt area. That is a structural problem from cellulite. Liposuction will help improve with fat reduction to the legs, but it could also make the dimpling worse when you remove the fullness. If you have loose sagging skin in the middle of your thighs you may be a candidate for a medial thigh lift. If surgery is not something you want to do, then Venus Legacy could possibly help smooth out the dimpling on your thighs and butt. This is a weekly commitment for 8-10 weeks and a treatment you will need to keep up with on a yearly basis to help maintain the results. It is not a once and done treatment. Best of Luck!

Answer: Smooth Legs and belly Many times, after having children, and or with weight gain skin, laxity can occur and result in the appearance of mild contour deformities. Additionally, cellulite, which is hereditary many times is more apparent when you gain weight. Options include liposuction with Light Pilates, vaser, and Etching to the Abdomen Plus or minus the use of skin tightening devices, such as a Renuvion, to shorten the connective tissue beneath the skin, and decrease the appearance of cellulite this combined with possible small amount of fat grafting to the gluteal region, worn hands, the appearance of the gluteal area, and decrease the appearance of cellulite.

Answer: Liposuction for smooth legs and nice buttocks Dear mliamm9, Thanks for your question and for attaching photos. Based on the photos attached, improvement could be obtained with liposuction and a thigh lift. The cellulite dimples are difficult to fix but you can get improvement with cellulite treatments, possible subcision of the bands and possibly fat grafting/fillers/renuva to the area. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to obtain more information and recommendations.
