From start to finish, my experience at Pure Plastic Surgery was absolutely incredible. It began with Natalie, my care coordinator, who made everything seamless. She was attentive, kind, and always made sure I felt confident and informed at every step.

Dr. Earle is a true artist with a calm, confident presence that immediately put me at ease. Two weeks post-op, I’m already so happy with my results—but more than that, I’m deeply grateful for how I was treated throughout the entire process.

Every single person I interacted with—from phone calls to in-person visits—was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Even my aunt, who was with me as my caregiver, was treated with such kindness and respect. The way they made her feel included and supported meant everything to us.

One of the most special parts of my experience was the bilingual energy in the office—Spanish, English, and plenty of Spanglish. That’s how we speak at home, and hearing it throughout my care made me feel safe, understood, and embraced like family.

Nurse Janet was my angel. When I woke up from anesthesia, she was right there with so much affection and tenderness—helping me get dressed, wheeling me to the car, making me feel protected and loved. Another sweet nurse kissed my forehead and reassured me in Spanish, and in that moment of vulnerability, I felt truly cared for.

And let’s talk about Jessica, my lymphatic massage bestie! Her hands are magic, her energy is grounding, and she’s made my recovery process smoother than I could have imagined.

Also, I can’t forget Gus, the amazing driver! From drop-off to pick-up, he was an absolute sweetheart—patient, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. His calm energy and friendly attitude helped ease my nerves before surgery and made me feel so safe and cared for afterward. Truly the cherry on top of a perfect experience!

Pure Plastic Surgery isn’t just a clinic—it’s a place full of heart, healing, and humanity. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Already have another surgery scheduled!

This is my second surgery with Dr Earle and i couldn’t be me satisfied with his work he is a true artist. I had a tummy tuck round 1, an arm and breast lift with RSF 424cc Motiva implants.The service at Pure Plastic Surgery is unmatched. Everyone is so patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have an elective surgery anywhere else.

I had a very great experience from start to finish. The nurses, staff, and Dr. Earle were so personable and understanding. They were patient and beared through when I got dizzy. They had supplies and hydration ready to go. I am happy with my result!

The entire experience was great from start to finish. Dr Earle and his team were extremely patient, professional and kind. They answered any questions I had and communicated in a very timely manner. There is a lot of information when it comes to pre and post operative instructions/what to expect, and they did everything they could to make it digestible and easy to follow. Having family who works in the plastic surgery industry, they were very impressed by the level of care and precautions took to ensure my safety. Great results bbl and second round breast lift implant exhange. Had a difficult breast revision due to lots of scar tissue after first breast augmentation with a different doctor. Amazing results, fixed the problem my previous doctor could not even after 3 additional surgeries. Amazing doctor and fair pricing. Felt safe and cared for the entire time. He also really cares about your happiness with the results and will work with you if there are things you need tweaked or something you aren't happy with even though it was not his fault.
