This procedure can be done under local anesthesia while you’re awake and comfortable. Healing is very rapid and most people have swelling for 3-6 weeks post op.

Hello, thanks for asking. In your case, from what you explain to us, we cannot evaluate your case without photographs or without an evaluation to be able to see what type of abdominoplasty you need. Some patients with massive weight loss may require a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty, which requires two incisions.
