I’ve had 2 bbls but my butt isn’t rounded at the bottom it just goes straight across. Whereas I was looking for this shape. Is it possible to achieve with exercise? Or would I need a procedure?

Answer: BBL Beware I love doing BBL's, and have done so for over 30 years. What I have learned is that their are limits to what it can do. The lower buttocks is the most dangerous area to inject fat, especially toward the middle as that is where the blood vessels are. Forcing fat there can result in fat embolism and death. You have a reasonable result. Perfection is not worth the risk in this case. Your life is worth more.
