Is it possible to get this curved with lipo? (Photo)

Question

I’ve had 2 bbls but my butt isn’t rounded at the bottom it just goes straight across. Whereas I was looking for this shape. Is it possible to achieve with exercise? Or would I need a procedure?

If you desire a rounded shape for your buttocks, exercise alone may not be sufficient to achieve the specific contour you desire. While exercise can help tone and strengthen the gluteal muscles, it may not significantly change the shape or distribution of fat in that area. If you are unhappy with the results of your two Brazilian butt lift procedures and want a more rounded appearance, you might want to consider consulting with a qualified plastic surgeon to discuss your options for further enhancement or revision surgery.

It is very possible to get a curvier lower buttock contour by strategically liposuctioning the lower medial buttock to make it look like a "J". Please consider a virtual consultation by a buttock revision specialist to get a more definitive recommendation.

I love doing BBL's, and have done so for over 30 years. What I have learned is that their are limits to what it can do. The lower buttocks is the most dangerous area to inject fat, especially toward the middle as that is where the blood vessels are. Forcing fat there can result in fat embolism and death. You have a reasonable result. Perfection is not worth the risk in this case. Your life is worth more.

Fat is not added to that area since it will die when you sit upon it. You might get benefit with EMSculpt to tone and thicken your own muscles.

BBL results can vary depending on factors such as patient anatomy and surgeon expertise with fat placement.It is hard to exactly answer your question without seeing what your current body body and butt anatomy look like. In addition, your case may be more difficult given that you have already had two rounds of liposuction and buttock fat transfer.Given that you have sufficient fat to transfer, desired results can be achieved based upon expert placement of fat. Exercise and muscle enhancement in the gym is always of benefit but may not fully help you achieve your goals.I would recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has expertise in buttock fat transfer to best understand what results can be achieved.

Adding fat, cannot lift your soft tissues. Droopiness of the lower inner buttocks can only be treated with skin excision through a procedure sometimes called a tuck.
You can look up a YouTube video by Dr. mendieta called the Miami thong lift to get a good understanding and condition and treatment options.
It cannot be corrected with adding fat
