Do not get liposuction in that area. The risk to your nerves if too high and it will age you. Do micro-needling with radiofrequency like Secret for skin tightening instead. Fat is not the problem.

Peri, oral mounds do not represent excess fat.
Individuals who get these tend to have a certain facial, skeletal relationship issue, typically with the mandible that small, or lacking in projection, in comparison to their maxilla. The soft tissue contour is highly dependent on the skeletal structure that supports it.
For this and many other reasons, the treatment of Peri oral mounds is inherently complex and difficult
I would not sign up for surgery unless someone has an impressive track record with a large collection of quality before and after pictures, proving that they’ve treated the successfully numerous times before
Attempting to treat this with a simplistic approach like doing Liposuction can easily make things worse.
