My Perioral mounds have gotten severely noticeable within the past year. I’ve tried lifting, and it only helps a little bit with threads. Would liposuction help this area? I’m afraid that, even if I lost weight which I have it will not go away. I started noticing them more when I was 29, I am 30 now.
