I read the use of pb serum injections was best option for removal of fibrosis. If so how many treatments would be required and how long after lipo would it be effective?

Hello, it is a good option for non-surgical treatment, the number of recommended sections is 3 to 5 sections, depending on the case they can be more, it is an option but ideal is surgical treatment.

Fibrosis is kind of a generalized term that often is applied to liposuction outcomes where the provider was, overly aggressive, basically removing too much fat, and in particular that in combination with leaving patients with an uneven, fat distribution. When almost all subcutaneous fat is removed, the body has no choice, but to form excessive amounts of scar tissue and leaving no subcutaneous fat to buffer the scar tissue. That area feels ferment, lumpy and unnatural. The primary issue is generally not access information of scar tissue, but rather an overly aggressive fat removal, leaving no subcutaneous fat to buffer, discard tissue, that always forms after liposuction.
This creates an almost impossible situation to correct.
Adding to the layer of subcutaneous fat may be possible in some instances with the use of fat transfer. Fat transfer is inherently limited, because the body no longer has a sufficient layer of subcutaneous fat to service host, tissue substantially, reducing how much fat can successfully be grafted in a single session.
Any attempt at improving the outcome will inherently require an accurate assessment or understanding of the problem after which an understanding can be had if improvements are possible or not. Generally speaking the more aggressive, the primary procedure was the more unlikely improvements are going to be. Achieving even modest improvements may require multiple future operations.
Any attempt at revision surgery can always make things worse. Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered Liposuction is in a small minority. I recommend patient be highly selective when it comes to choosing providers for any type of liposuction body contouring. Considering that revision work as many times, more difficult and primary Liposuction the need to find the best provider by having multiple in person consultations is even greater.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own. And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. to make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. Without including pictures, we can’t make an assessment. I don’t believe any type of enzymatic injections are going to give you any significant improvement. The most important variable is always fighting the most talented and experience provider. I suggest focusing your efforts on finding the most experienced provider and following their recommendations in regards to what is an is not possible in regards to improving your situation.
