I'm 35 and have had 3 kids, wanting an augmentation to achieve D cup breasts. I want them to look natural. Is a lift necessary or are implants enough to increase size and upper pole fullness?

325cc high profile implants, submuscular, procedure done in 2022. I had saggy, empty breasts after 4+ years of pregnancies and breastfeeding. Looks absolutely horrible. I asked for a review in 2023 with no solution but to keep wearing the band I have the feeling the pockets were not done carefully, breasts never dropped, torpedo looking and nipples looking down. They have suggested another mastopexy with implant replacement, lower profile and smaller in size. I want some fullness in my breasts, I am looking for 300cc moderate profile but I think they want to go the easy way. Do I have capsular contracture? Iupper pole is full and hard, if I press my hands and push my implants, the result would be good. Makes me think there is no need for another mastopexy.

Hello, I had a consultation where a doctor suggested we use some fat from thighs to fill in my breast to improve sagging / stretched out aerola after breastfeeding . Would you reccomend this too? They said cutting would leave large scars. The other option is breast implant behind the muscle as skin is too thin (I didn't pass the pinch test) . Will breast implant look very obvious / fake considering I am thin? It was suggested that an implant that would lead to a C cup would be the smallest that can be used. Thank you for your advice. Ps. I am 173 cm and 53-54kg I wear a 34A bra but not sure if that's correct. under bust 75 cm and bust is about 79cm

just finish breastfeeding one month ago and no more milk comes out but they might deflate a little more. I really don’t want a lift because of the scars

Hello. I have had a few consultations. I just want to get more opinions. I have grade one ptosis. Do not want to get a lift. I’m going with 380-400 cc. I don’t want the fake fake look but I would like a more natural look but trying see what would make up for the sagging more.

I’m currently a 30 y female who lost 130 pounds at age 22 and underwent a long line tummy tuck to remove excess skin (as well as breast reconstruction which also didn’t yield good results.) Ever since the procedure I have had a large horizontal indent above my belly button. I’m aware that this is because the surgeon pulled my skin down and it didn’t fix the horizontal skin issue. I should have gotten a full fluer-dis-lis procedure. Even when I got to an underweight BMI, the large indentations were still there. I wanted to know what my options could be.

I had liposuction done in 2020 and ended up with rregularities. 5 years later in 2025 i decided to try and get it dixed with another lipo procedure. The procedure did not go well and i ended up with burns on my stomach. It prevented me from wearing a compression garment. Now i have the burn scars and more fibroses. Would it be safe to get a tummy tuck to correct loose skin or is there a risk?

During a consultation I have been told by a surgeon that I qualify for a full Tummy Tuck with a shorter scar. So more extensive than a mini Tummy Tuck where my belly button would be redone because loose skin be pulled from the top down but with a smaller incision than a usual TT. My fear is this may not remove all the loose skin I want and leave me with uneven bulges if the hip area loose skin is not taken along with fat removal if required? Im 49kg and 5ft 1 are my fears correct?

My PS used surgical glue to close my incision and has instructed me to let it come off naturally. Today marks three weeks post op for me and it hasn't budged. Obviously I plan on following the doctors orders but it would be nice to finally get to see my incision!

Hello. Ive had a tummy tuck procedure about 3 yrs ago. I started developing pain, pulling and tightbess aroud my navel. I notice it gets worse around my period, which at times it can be unbearable. I was wondering could it hsve been from tubes? Did it leave internal scarring? I just need to be poinred in the right direction so i can live a normal life. This is taking a toll on my mental

July 2024, I was on a ladder about up to the eave of my house. The ladder fell, I fell, I fell on top of the ladder. I sort of bounced, with my shins hitting a rung of the ladder first, then my nose hit a rung of the ladder. Strangely, I did not have any bleeding, swelling, or breathing issues. I did dislocate my shoulder on this fall, though. Could I have broken my nose without being aware of it? Should I see an ENT about this, even though it's been awhile? I'd like to have rhinoplasty done and need to know this. Thank you.

After my breasts dropped I noticed wrinkling and sagging where my cleavage should be flat and smooth. I'm 5'2 115 lbs, bwd of 14. I breastfed 4 babies and are left with deflated 32/34 b's. I do not really want a lift. I want more volume and some upper fullness (basically just want more fuller beautiful breasts after bf). I tried on sizers yesterday and the final recommendation when I left was 405cc SRM Natrelle. The large number scares me, even though I understand my bwd is on the wide side. Will these make me look top heavy? Will these fit my petite frame nicely? I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Thinking about getting liposuction on abs. I've had a couple kids but I may have one more. heard two schools of thought- it's ok to get done now before I get pregnant again because the tissue doesn't stretch as much if there's not as much fat in that area. but I've also heard that liposuction causes scar tissue and makes the skin less pliable which makes it more likely that you get stretch marks. Which one is true? I am lucky that I have no stretch marks from my other pregnancies, trying to avoid it with my last one. Any insight would be great, thanks!

Hi doctors, I had a breast augmentation last year and have since developed mild capsular contracture on one side. In addition, I was not fully satisfied with the overall look, as I would prefer a slightly fuller and softer result. My surgeon has recommended fat grafting to improve both the contour and fullness. The plan is to harvest approximately 300cc of fat in total (around 150cc from each inner thigh), with a small amount potentially taken from the outer thighs if needed. My main concern is that I truly love the current shape of my thighs and legs. I work out regularly, maintain a very healthy lifestyle, and have good skin quality, so I would not want to compromise their appearance in any way. I would really appreciate your input on the following: • With this volume (150cc per inner thigh), what is the risk of developing dents, waviness, or contour irregularities in the inner thigh area? • How predictable are results when performing liposuction in the inner thighs, given that it is considered a delicate area? • Can this amount of fat removal noticeably change the overall shape or contour of the thighs? • Is it common to not require compression garments after this type of liposuction, or could that increase the risk of uneven healing or swelling? • In your experience, is fat grafting an effective approach both for mild capsular contracture and for achieving a fuller, more natural-looking result? I am going to consider an upper blephroplasty. My bigger than left is bigger than my right. Is a much larger, a symmetry, a side effect of this type of procedure? How long is the recovery time if there is a symmetry does it eventually correct itself?

I have spent months trying to understand what is wrong with the result. I understand that the (left) eyelid skin has been stretched too much and attached wrong. The outer eyelid corner goes up sharper and higher than the right eyelid. I suspect a fox-eye surgery was performed, which I did not ask for. I also did not ask that only one eyelid would be done differently. Somehow, the whole left eyelid/eyeslit area seems smaller/tighter on the left side. How do I restore symmetry? It seems fixable, as pushing the skin inwards seems to solve most problems. Is there a suture under the skin giving the outer left eyelid corner a weird/tight look? I have contacted the surgeon for a year, he will not answer any communication.

I have been thinking about upper eyelid surgery but then I am wondering whether it will be enough to open my eyes? I have very obvious extra skin on my eyelashes and a having a lower set brow does not bother me personally, as long my eyes are not covered by the skin. Can I do well just with the eyelid surgery (which is faster and less costly)?

Is it time for a facelift or are there other things I can do to improve my look? For my jowls, I have had one treatment of Ellacor Would another treatment of Ellacor benefit? I have also had Sculptra over the last 5 years but would fat transfer help with the lack of fullness on one side of my face? I have been told a Blephoplasty would be of benefit but only for 1 eye. Not sure I feel comfortable with that strategy I don’t feel emotionally and financially ready for a lower facelift yet, but don’t want to have procedures done that will be of little benefit either.

I noticed my nasolabial folds are more pronounced and deep, as well my cheeks are not as tight and lifted in my 40s. I am wondering if a face lift will help correct this by making my face look more lifted and younger. My face also seems more rectangular or heavy around my jawline. I am only 43 so i admit, i don have a lot of wrinkles or loose skin but still want a face lift if it will help.

I am interested in getting a facelift, unsure about the best type/ option. I am very unhappy with my nasolabial folds and jowls. I would also like my nose repaired. I had surgery done in 2006 for a deviated septum, but was injured after the surgery, which caused some curving of my septum tissue (see picture). I’m concerned about using only filler for the folds. I want something that looks a little bit more natural. Perhaps that transfer is a better alternative?
