Breast Reduction Enquiry: 30DD to Small B - is this a realistic change? (Photos)

Hi — I’m 31, I’ve never smoked, I’m very physically active, and I don’t have any health conditions or allergies. I don’t have kids and I’m not planning to. I’m currently around a 30DD and I’m wondering if it’s possible to reduce down to a small B cup. My breasts have bothered me since I was about 15, and I’m considering a reduction mainly for comfort — especially for the gym and for how clothes fit. Is a breast reduction possible at my current size, and is that kind of size change realistic?
