Mid 30’s Male, Wondering if Lower Blepharoplasty Would Help Under Eyes? (Photos)

Hi, I’m a mid 30’s male, and I’ve had concern for my under eye area since I was a late teenager. I want the under eye area to stand out much less than it does from the rest of the face. To me, it looks a lot worse/darker in the mirror than in the photos under the same lighting. I had PRP for the eye area about a year ago and it made no difference to me. I had CO2 laser on the eye area 4 months ago and so far it doesn’t seem to have made much difference. Many years ago I tried a filler and I don’t remember exactly how much difference that made but I don’t think it put the issue to rest in my mind. (Maybe I went to a clinic that didn’t know how to use the filler for my unique situation, not sure.) When I see photos of before and afters for lower bleph, I’m amazed, because I’m not used to seeing much difference, even in before and after photos of eye creams that my dermatologist recommends. So I’m wondering if lower bleph or anything else would work for me. Thanks.
