Reducing Eyelid Exposure and Achieving a More Hooded Eye Appearance - Is This Possible? (Photos)

I feel like I have too much visible upper and lower eyelid area, and my eyebrows sit quite high. Is it possible to reduce the appearance of eyelid exposure, slightly lower the brows, and achieve a fuller, more supported under-eye area along with a more hooded eye look?

The dark circles will require treatment from a dermatologist for the skin color. The bulging fat can be treated with lower blepharoplasty and fat transposition, not fat removal. This will eliminate the fullness above and fill out the hollow below. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

I do not think that it makes any difference; in both cases the goal is to release muscle and ligament insertions. Consider small amount of nano fat grafts, it can improve dark discoloration of skin. Good luck.
