How can I fix an eye area that looks harsh and has a lot of upper eyelid exposure? (Photos)

My eye are has a harsh look that makes me look angry. I have a lot of upper eyelid that makes me eyes look droopy, heavy and tired. I don’t know if i would benefit from filler or sugery to make the eyes look better and if there is hollowness or my eye anatomy that is making my eye area look like this

It appears that major cause for early onset of tear trough and hollowness is malar hypoplasia, small cheek bones. To correct this deformity one has options like cheek implants or fat grafting. Transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty should be part of this correction. Good luck.

The first step would be evaluating you for ptosis, which can't be seen in the picture. This is where the upper eyelid edge is too low. Eyelid surgery usually attempts to decrease your eyelid skin hooding not increase it.
