Lipo or tummy tuck?

A tummy tuck generally gives the best result, but the tradeoff is a scar in the bikini line (make sure you go to a provider who knows how to perform a hidden scar tummy tuck). However if you wished to avoid the scar, you could also get a good result with liposuction + renuvion as one procedure, and then morpheus8 after to help treat the loose skin. I always add liposuction to my tummy tucks as well. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in tummy tucks and body contouring and has access to advanced treatment modalities for a consultation.

In patients over 40, with one full term pregnancy, it is very likely that you will need a tummy tuck. The possibility of your skin not retracting after a liposuction is high.
