I would not do both together. Liposuction will remove the excess fat. Injecting Kybella before liposuction will just remove the Kybella and the fat will be inflammed. The cost of Kybella is wasted. Also, Kybella is not as consistent or effective as surgery, it is painful, and requires multiple injections over at least 2 to 3 sessions.
You should really decide which or the two procedures to employ. Liposuction is a much better 'surgical' option, where the fat is permanently removed and there is some degree of skin tightening from the postoperative contraction. Kybella works somewhat, but not great in my humble opinion. Doing the Kybella then suctioning will likely remove the product prior to allowing it to fully work.
Doing Liposuction immediately after chemical fat destruction is elegized for a multitude of reasons.Patients would be an increased risk for serious medical complications and highly unpredictable outcomes. The goal is never to remove all the fat when doing liposuction. Doing so it leads to permanent disfigurement. Action alone can easily remove appropriate amount of fat and then someone. The key to get in quality outcomes, an accurate assessment regarding your candidacy, and then choosing a sufficiently experienced and talented providers. Most plastic surgeons will recommend Liposuction over Deoxycholic acid.Having new uncharted procedures is correlated with a significantly higher degree of uncertainty in outcomes.I don’t think you’re gonna get any plastic surgeons to embrace your novel concept.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Combining submental liposuction with Kybella or Aqualyx treatments is generally not recommended due to potential complications and the process of how these treatments work.Kybella is an injectable treatment that contains deoxycholic acid, which helps dissolve fat cells in the submental area (under the chin). Aqualyx is a similar injectable solution used for localized fat reduction, particularly in areas like the chin, and works by emulsifying fat.Immediate Suction After Injection Performing submental liposuction (suction) 1-2 hours after Kybella or Aqualyx injections is not advisable. Efficacy of TreatmentKybella and Aqualyx need time to work effectively. Suctioning immediately may interfere with the fat dissolution process that has just begun.Injectables create inflammation and fat cell lysis over time. Performing liposuction immediately afterward exposes you to higher risks of tissue damage, irregularities, and complications such as hematoma or seroma formation.Best Regards
You need to consider fat removal and skin tightening to get slimmer and smoother legs. This means the use of VASER liposuction and Renuvion J plasma subdermal coagulation. Please consider a virtual consultation with a high definition body contouring specialist to recognize your potential.
Your filler is gone by now and this is excess skin from weight loss. I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, for skin tightening.
Often patients believe they have fat when in realty, their main issue is extra skin and/or muscle weakness. The presence of stretch marks indicate skin damage and laxity. Some type of surgical skin removal would likely be necessary. An exam by a board certified plastic surgeon will help identify...
