Liposuction plus Deoxycholic acid?

I would not do both together. Liposuction will remove the excess fat. Injecting Kybella before liposuction will just remove the Kybella and the fat will be inflammed. The cost of Kybella is wasted. Also, Kybella is not as consistent or effective as surgery, it is painful, and requires multiple injections over at least 2 to 3 sessions.

You should really decide which or the two procedures to employ. Liposuction is a much better 'surgical' option, where the fat is permanently removed and there is some degree of skin tightening from the postoperative contraction.
Kybella works somewhat, but not great in my humble opinion. Doing the Kybella then suctioning will likely remove the product prior to allowing it to fully work.

Doing Liposuction immediately after chemical fat destruction is elegized for a multitude of reasons.
Patients would be an increased risk for serious medical complications and highly unpredictable outcomes. The goal is never to remove all the fat when doing liposuction. Doing so it leads to permanent disfigurement. Action alone can easily remove appropriate amount of fat and then someone. The key to get in quality outcomes, an accurate assessment regarding your candidacy, and then choosing a sufficiently experienced and talented providers. Most plastic surgeons will recommend Liposuction over Deoxycholic acid.
Having new uncharted procedures is correlated with a significantly higher degree of uncertainty in outcomes.
I don’t think you’re gonna get any plastic surgeons to embrace your novel concept.
