From photos alone, I would not choose a procedure or diagnose the reason your legs feel heavy. Heavy legs can come from several issues, including swelling, venous or lymphatic problems, lipedema-type fat distribution, or simply skin and fat laxity, so an exam is important before planning cosmetic treatment.
For smoother, slimmer legs and buttock contour, liposuction may help selected fat deposits, but it will not reliably tighten extra skin or erase cellulite. If loose skin is a major part of the problem, skin-tightening or lifting options may need to be discussed separately after an in-person evaluation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Upon reviewing your photos, it appears as if you have fat deposits as well as some loose skin. A combination of liposuction and skin removal from your inner thigh will help improve the appearance of this. The procedure usually takes about 3 hours, incision are generally placed either in the groin or inside of the thigh to help hide them. There are several options to address your buttock including adding volume to lift it or also doing a skin excision to pull the buttock up and decrease the size. Good luck on your journey!

Thanks for your question. Before give you any recommendation it's better to have a physical consultation in order to give see what is the best procedure for your necessities. In your case based on your pictures I will recommend to have a thigh lift with a short incision in order to get rid of the extra skin in your thighs area, but again it's better to have a physical examination.

I would recommend a full liposuction and thigh lift. You appear to have a predisposition to lipedema. Liposuction without removing excess skin may worsen surface irregularities and unevenness. Best regards.

Your inner thighs have some extra fat, but you have some texture challenges and cellulite as well. Aggressive lipo can make it look worse. Consider cellulite therapy first to firm and follow with lipo as needed

Based upon your photos, you have three issues going on. 1. you illustrate pockets of excess fat, particularly in the outer thigh (saddlebag) area as well as in the upper part of the inner thigh. 2. It looks as if you have loose skin, particularly along the middle thighs and lastly, 3. You have cellulite.Liposuction will be an ideal technique to remove the excess fat pockets, however, it can have the effect making your loose skin and cellulite worse.
