Dear mliamm9,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello and thank you for your question. Upon reviewing your photos, it appears as if you have fat deposits as well as some loose skin. A combination of liposuction and skin removal from your inner thigh will help improve the appearance of this. The procedure usually takes about 3 hours, incision are generally placed either in the groin or inside of the thigh to help hide them. There are several options to address your buttock including adding volume to lift it or also doing a skin excision to pull the buttock up and decrease the size. Good luck on your journey!
Thanks for your question. Before give you any recommendation it's better to have a physical consultation in order to give see what is the best procedure for your necessities. In your case based on your pictures I will recommend to have a thigh lift with a short incision in order to get rid of the extra skin in your thighs area, but again it's better to have a physical examination. Good lucK!
Your inner thighs have some extra fat, but you have some texture challenges and cellulite as well. Aggressive lipo can make it look worse. Consider cellulite therapy first to firm and follow with lipo as needed
Liposuction can be done to remove excess fat and minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening with Renuvion can be done to tighten and improve your skin. It can be done on the buttocks too without liposuction.
Based upon your photos, you have three issues going on. 1. you illustrate pockets of excess fat, particularly in the outer thigh (saddlebag) area as well as in the upper part of the inner thigh. 2. It looks as if you have loose skin, particularly along the middle thighs and lastly, 3. You have cellulite.Liposuction will be an ideal technique to remove the excess fat pockets, however, it can have the effect making your loose skin and cellulite worse. Liposuction can be coupled with a skin tightening modality such as Bodytite or Renuvion, but you may eventually end up wanting/needing an inner thigh lift. There is no one perfect procedure for cellulite but there are several non-invasive or minimally invasive techniques that can help as a secondary procedure.
You have a few options that address different trouble areas. Liposuction can be used to help reduce subcutaneous fat. You may be a candidate for either J Plasma to help with skin laxity or BodyTite. Aveli can be considered to help with cellulite of the buttocks. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
You are a difficult case. It appears that you have three things going on:1. Excess fat2. Excess skin3. CelluliteThe excess fat may be liposuctioned out and several of the circumscribed pockets of fat may be reduced. The cellulite and contour irregularities (lumpiness) cannot be cured with any surgical treatment. They are genetic and related to weight gain as well. Improvement may be achieved with either conservative liposuction, or feathering (using the liposuction cannula [tube] without suction on to break up the bands and lumpy fat in hopes of causing smoothing effects). An in person consultation would aid in deciding if a surgical alternative is viable.Best wishes,Dr. Taranow
Quality treatment options are inherently limited when incomes to improving flabby thighs on middle age women. Treatment choices should be based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is. Cellulite which is hard to treat is contributing significantly to your thighs as is loss of skin elasticity due to age. There are few good treatments for loss of skin elasticity. Lipo dystrophy or excess subcutaneous fat may be contributing to some degree but liposuction will not have a positive impact on cellulite and is counter to treating loss of skin elasticity. In comparison to other anatomic areas plastic surgery has not made great advances to improving flabby thighs. Minor improvements may be possible. Total size reduction using liposuction may be possible but the overall patient satisfaction of of Lowe extremity liposuction is generally less than areas like the abdomen or upper extremities which often respond well to treatments.I suggest having multiple in person consultations with experienced local board certified plastic surgeons. Be cautious and ask providers to show you lot and lots of pictures of previous patients who had similar looking thighs with good outcomes before considering scheduling surgery. I wish I could be a little more optimistic about treatment options. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
Your filler is gone by now and this is excess skin from weight loss. I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, for skin tightening.
Often patients believe they have fat when in realty, their main issue is extra skin and/or muscle weakness. The presence of stretch marks indicate skin damage and laxity. Some type of surgical skin removal would likely be necessary. An exam by a board certified plastic surgeon will help identify...
Yes, once you have healed 6 months, then you can consider liposuction for your arms. BodyTite might also be helpful.
