Dr. Wang and her team were absolutely amazing from the first phone call! I could not be happier with my results, the other staff involved, and my coordinator Vanessa. I was lucky that a staff member had the same procedures I was looking to have done by Dr. Wang (rhinoplasty and chin/neck liposuction) so they were able to tell me about their experience and I was able to see Dr. Wang's work in person, and it was impeccable. Dr. Wang was super communicative after my surgery, even though she was on vacation immediately after. She kept me informed at all times during the process, but also kept things simple, stress-free, and light-hearted. I was excited when I saw the 3D imaging of what my results could look like, but they're honestly even better than I could have imagined. Dr. Wang also has experience as an ENT, unlike most plastic surgeons performing rhinoplasty operations, and that was really important to me. I had no complications and even the anesthesia team checked in on me separately post-op. You hear about plastic surgeons making their patients feel ugly or like they need to make even more changes to their appearance-- Dr. Wang doesn't highlight any insecurities and doesn't recommend anything additional unless it's relevant to your goals. She really cares about you, your dollar, and the longterm results. I was worried I wouldn't look like myself or like my mixed-race identity-- I didn't want a cookie cutter nose. Dr. Wang literally gave me everything I asked for without changing the character of my nose, the procedure was even under the original estimated cost because of her expertise, and literally no one noticed that I had a major procedure done because my nose fits my face so perfectly. I'm preparing for another procedure that I've wanted for forever with their office now because my experience was so good and I trust them completely. Anything with your face? Go to Dr. Wang.

I had a lateral brow lift and upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Wang, and I’m incredibly happy with my results. They are subtle/natural but make a huge difference in my eye/brow area. From the initial consultation, Dr. Wang took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended the best approach to achieve the look I wanted. Her expertise and understanding helped to made me feel confident in my decision. The entire team at West End are so personable and kind. I have been going to Dr. Wang for botox for two years now. She has never let me down and I have never had a bad experience with her. She is very reasonable and will not push you into anything and will give her honest assessment on if you need some treatment or not. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. Super knowledge and professional. Would highly recommend!

Words cannot express how amazing of a surgeon Dr. Lexi Wang is. From consult to surgery and follow up, everything was perfect. Her personality and laugh are infectious and immediately put you at ease, and after just a few minutes of talking to her, you realize how incredibly brilliant she truly is. I was turned down by many surgeons for a revision neck lift. Then I had a few surgeons say that they would be willing to do it, but they could not promise I would like the results. Dr. Wang was the first surgeon who was both competent and confident enough to handle my surgery. Dr Wang is the best! I am someone who very much does his research, especially when it comes to something as permanent and involved as a surgical procedure. After consults across half a dozen clinics, I settled on West End Plastic Surgery, and I do not regret the decision. Very responsive admin and scheduling team, ability to schedule appointments relatively soon. Dr Wang has exceptional patient rapport, and we had several consultations to answer all questions before deciding to go through with the procedure. Cost was reasonable, and patient care on the day of the surgery and during the recovery period was exceptional. Results are great, and I will be returning in the future whenever I am exploring future cosmetic work!

I searched for years for a surgeon in my area that I could trust with a lip lift. I was impressed by Dr. Wangs training and before/afters. I am very happy with my result. I wanted a youthful distance between my upper lip and nose. She took off the perfect amount of skin and now my upper lip is fuller (bonus). This is exactly the look I was aiming for. I was very impressed by the communication from everyone involved . Gaby was the PA that communicated with me before and after the procedure. She was so sweet, reassuring, and answered every question I had. The RN in the room during the procedure was also very calming. I was very anxious the day of so she had me squeeze her hand at the start of the procedure. Jill sent me an email of reminders the day before my surgery. The Communication at West End was superb.

I got a rhinoplasty/septoplasty (with turbinate reduction) done by Dr. Wang about a month ago and I could genuinely not be happier with the results! I went to a few different surgeons to get a consult, but as soon as I met Dr. Wang I knew I was going with her. All of the West End staff, and especially Dr. Wang's team, were SO kind, supportive, responsive, and professional throughout my entire experience. After my initial consultation, I got all my logistical questions answered by Vanessa the patient coordinator. She was super helpful as I tried to figure out timing and prep work that I needed for the surgery. I then had my pre-op appointment with Gaby, Dr. Wang's PA. Gaby was the nicest person and talked me through everything I needed to know to get ready for this surgery and be as prepared as I needed to be. During my post-op recovery, Dr. Wang and Gaby were SO helpful, reassuring, and encouraging!! I really cannot stress enough how incredible they were at soothing my nerves, answering all of my questions, and staying in touch with me to make sure I was doing okay. I felt so supported! One month later... the results are exactly what I wanted and discussed with Dr. Wang at our consultation. I even cried at the cast removal - though it has only gotten better since with decreasing swelling! If you are considering going with Dr. Wang for your rhinoplasty, this is your sign. It feels so good to have an outcome from surgery that makes you confident and beautiful everyday. Life changing in the best way.

Dr. Wang is the most INCREDIBLE doctor, and the only person I will ever trust for all of my aesthetic and facial needs. She is the most professional, reliable, careful, and attentive doctor. I have always been extremely happy with my results, and I have full faith in her every time. She consistently delivers my exact goals time and time again, and she is truly the very best in the field.
