Should i work on the bridge or just tip of my nose?

I like my nails, but I feel like it lacks definition. I wouldn’t mind a little bit more of a button nose. And it just feels a little bit big for my face.

The tip of your nose looks quite good.  You have some asymmetry of the dorsum that could be filed down.  You would benefit from an extended chin implant.  This would add more balance to your chin.

Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal appearance in the lower 1/3 of your nose. That means that you know sticks out a bit too far, and can be distracting. I suspect that rhinoplasty surgery, for nasal tip de projection, may also necessitate a bit of bridge lowering, for a less distracting, and more feminine nasal profile appearance. Please consider meeting with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist with a large favorable gallery of before and after photos, and also with many favorable online consumer reviews. You are lucky to have a good nose. You don't need to do anything. However, if you still wanted to then I would recommend a conservative tip-plasty only.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I think your nose looks quite nice and strong. If you want rhinoplasty, a slightly curved look/slope might be good for a meaningful change.
