From the second I walked in, I knew I had found my forever home with Dr. Golshani. His receptionists are so polite and very welcoming. Dr Golshani himself is an artist and I’m so happy he was recommended to me.
Dr. Golshani really is a master of his craft ,after being botched elsewhere he took on a task to fix someone else’s mistake and I couldn’t be happier , he listened to all my concerns and expectations and really has an eye for sculpting and perfecting . I had my breast and flanks done with him in 2016 and went elsewhere for stomach lipo and dumbest decision I’ve made . It just confirmed how great he is after he fixed Dents in My stomach , flanks and buttocks another surgeon made .
If I could rate Dr. Golshani and his staff with 100 stars, I would. At the time I initially called Dr. Golshani's office to make a consultation appointment (after seeing how incredibly happy one of my friends was with her surgical results with him), I had already set a surgery date with another doctor. However, the instant I spoke with Dalia, I already knew I was going to choose Dr. Golshani instead. She was so professional, patient, caring, and informative that I was shocked, especially since I have not had many pleasant experiences with other surgeons' reception. Further, I was a bit more vulnerable given that this was going to be my first surgical experience (EVER). What really blew me away was how I was given a consolation appointment for the very next week and how responsive Dalia was with my *lord knows how many* emails with questions leading up to my consult. Also, I was impressed by the fact that I was told Dr. Golshani likes to spend at least an hour with each patient (this was new to me as the last doctor I was seen by quickly and frantically dismissed me after about 20 minutes). When I arrived for my initial consultation, Dalia and Cristal greeted my mom and me with such warmth. Very shortly after my arrival, I was taken into the consult room, which was nice considering I wasn't kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time (again, unlike my past experience). When I met with Dr. Golshani, I instantly knew I would proceed with my procedure with him. This man not only conducts himself with the utmost professionalism in his practice, but he genuinely cares about his patients. I spent about an hour and a half for my initial consult and booked my surgery date that day before I left the office. I was 100% confident with my decision in that he would not only be the right choice, but the best choice. Fortunately, that also turned out to be true, tenfold, after my surgery. Everything turned out incredible and importantly, super easy and speedy recovery with very very minimal pain. He continues to look after me and provides amazing care so that I am able to continue to reach optimum results. Similarly, Dalia, Cristal, Melissa, and Liana continue to be ever so helpful and sweet each and every time we connect. What's more incredible is the fact that he doesn't just operate and forget about you. He saw me two days after the procedure, one week after that, the following week after that, and two weeks after that. How many surgeons can you say will put in the effort like Dr. G!? Honestly, I cannot stop raving about Dr. G and his staff to every single one of my friends and for good reason. If you're looking for impeccable results with super friendly staff and the most down to earth and TALENTED surgeon, there's honestly no other option than Dr. G. The name suits him well. THANK YOU DR. G AND STAFF! Updated on 1 Jul 2021: I am four weeks post-op today and my results are AMAZING! My breast lift and augmentation has greatly improved my confidence. I finally feel comfortable in my own body thanks to Dr. G! The entire process was so easy and painless (I stopped taking Norco 2 days after my surgery) that if I had to do it all over again, I would without a doubt!
I had met with a number of top board member plastic & reconstruction surgeons before choosing Dr. Golshani to perform my breast lift/reduction a few years ago. When I met with him I knew right away that I could trust him to do an amazing job. I had seen a video of him describing a breast reduction before I met him and he was as articulate In person, giving me a clear idea of what I would expect, as he was in his video. He was straight forward with a mathematical approach that I appreciated. I needed a massive reduction after nursing 3 babies and what he did for me was amazing. Dr. Golshani is caring with beauty, safety and optimum results in mind with everything he does. I was so happy with my lift/reduction that I had him perform a tummy tuck a few months later. That was another successful surgery to which I could be happier. Having 3 children had really taken a toll on my body and Dr. Golshani was able to help me get healthy and strong again. I have recently gone back to Dr. Golshani for a less invasive Liposuction reduction on the sides of my breasts. I ended up getting a surge of estrogen as I passed 45 which made my breasts grow in size in width. My original breast reduction was a cutting and lifting procedure without liposuction. This secondary reduction using liposuction cannot be performed at the same time as the lift/reduction that Dr. Golshani performed first. The results of this second surgery are amazing and have taken my what were already beautiful breasts because of Dr. Golshani to a whole other level. My advice for anyone who is looking to have plastic surgery is to do your research well so that you know what you are dealing with in terms of the different types of procedures available and what your options are. I had done the research so that when so met Dr. Golshani originally I knew that he was the best surgeon for what needed done. I cannot recommend Dr. Golshani enough. I feel like on one level we have worked together to get me where I am now. Breasts can be very complicated and may need a few surgeries when you are dealing with large breasts to get them just right. You need a surge that understands this and can deal properly with them over time. I will always go to Dr. Golshani for any beauty or reconstructive care or surgical procedures that I might need. He is the finest, highest quality surgeon you will find. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Dr Golshani is an incredible surgeon! And this was, by far, the best possible thing I have ever done for my self. As early on as my initial consult, I knew Dr Golshani was the right surgeon for me. Does anyone actually know how experienced this dr is?!?! He is professional, humble, a true artist, and was meticulous about my care. And the girls in his office, that's right I am taking about you Dalia and Crystal, made me feel comfortable and safe and made me laugh every single time I walked into the office. And the day of surgery was no different. The surgical staff was amazing. I loved them all and everything was seamless. Thank you Dr Golshani and team for everything you have done for me.
Really good surgeon I'm very Happy with my result I highly recomend Dr Golshani and the ladies working there really friendly too. Amazed with my new breast thanks to them. I had a fast and perfect recovery after the Surgery.
I've been wanting a tummy tuck and new boob job (had breast implants in since 19 years old-saline) after my second son. I was so wishy washy on the tummy tuck because my stomach wasn't horrible (but always wore a one piece due to stretch marks after pregnancy) and I didn't want a huge scar. My breast needed a lift, nipple reduction and changing implants out from saline to silicone. I was referred to Dr. Golshani by my chiropractor (who I completely trust). Dr. Golshani is the best of the best!!!! I had my surgery on April 18th and I am so happy with my results!!!! He is an amazing surgeon. I can tell that loves what he does by the way he treats his patients. I don't feel like number or just another patient, he and his staff are so kind and professional. Dr. Golshani takes the time to explain procedures and is very detailed. I am posting pics below prior surgery and as soon as I heal a little more, I will post after photos. Updated on 4 May 2016: So I didn't forget to mention what the $17,000.00 included: I had a breast lift, nipple reduction, went from saline to silicone, needed an ADM, tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo to flank area and fat graphing to buttock. Updated on 5 May 2016: Feeling great, absolutely love my results! Updated on 16 May 2016: I love my results! Still very tight in the stomach. Updated on 8 Jun 2016: Very happy with all my results. Still have yet to work out, not feeling quite ready for that yet.
I have always taken care of myself last, putting everyone's needs before my own. Well, I finally decided to do something for myself that would make me look and feel better on the outside and the inside. I was going to have only a TT to repair separated muscles and loose skin from the birth of my two children and an hysterectomy scar when I decided to go for it and get a MM. Best thing I've ever done aside from marrying my husband and having my two children!
I have been pondering the thought of having plastic surgery for over 10 years, and finally I took the leap and decided that it was needed to boost my confidence. I have been struggling with my self esteem for a few years now and I am certain that this procedure will boost my confidence once again to a healthy level. Unfortunately I did not review or consult with any other doctor, but Dr. Golshani. I was pleased with the reviews and the results of his procedures I saw in pictures. I agreed to the quote I was given which includes lipo of the flanks and a full TT. I emailed his assistant Crystal a picture of my back recently asking for a quote on lipo of the sides where my bra sits. We spoke about it and she told my that Dr. Golshani said he would not be able to do it because of the lack of blood supply and oxygen that my stomach needed to recover. Crystal said that he can perform the procedure at another time!!? I cannot afford to be off work for 2 more weeks plus the expenses that the 2nd procedure will incur. I completely understand that he is trying to look out for his patients but I've seen other where women who have this procure and many other procedures concurrently without a problem, yet with him it is an issue. I have already given 1K deposit and was very excited about this but now I am very discouraged. Can anyone tell me of other doctors in the LA area that have performed both procedures (lipo of the back and TT) at the same time successfully? Updated on 1 Mar 2016: After much thought I emailed Crystal (patient coordinator) letting her know I was dissatisfied about not being able to get Lipo of the back. I did not receive a response back, but it is to be expected. The last time I sent her a message it took her a week to respond and that was after I followed up with her. In my email I also inquired about the 1k deposit. I have contacted Dr. Hughes (another surgeon in Beverly hills) and he personally told me that Lipo can be performed of the back in conjunction with a tummy tuck, as long as the Lipo is not performed directly on the abdomen. I am very frustrated with the whole situation, I don't know what to do!!?? Updated on 2 Mar 2016: I have already scheduled two consultations this week, with Dr Kenneth Hughes and Dr Hazani. Although I am torn, a side of me tells me to shop around, and on the other hand Dr Golshani just gives me that sense of familiarity and comfort. I hope that at the end of the day I make the best decision possible. Oh and Crystal, the patient coordinator reached out early this morning and said she would address my concern to Dr Golshani and would get back to me. Updated on 3 Mar 2016: Here are some pictures ..My current stats are 5'7, 176 lbs., waist: 34". Non smoker, and fairly healthy. As you can see I am a good candidate for lipo of the back as well as the flanks, and I hope to achieve this goal. I want to get the curvy, hourglass figure I use have before having children. I will find a picture of my pre baby body and post it when I find it. Updated on 4 Mar 2016: I received a call from Dr Golshani's office yesterday, the Dr would like to take a look at me again today. He wants to see my BACK!! My husband and I are going to miss work, I don't want to get my hopes up, but it better not be a waste of my time either because it takes a whole 2+ hours to drive to LA and as much as I love LA I hate the traffic. Updated on 4 Mar 2016: Went to my 2nd consult and Dr golshani said it was safe to perform Lipo of my back, I got so excited I told him I loved him (so embarrassed now that I think about it) but he just made my day. So I cancelled consults with 2 prospective surgeons. I also got my ekg yesterday and was told it was normal. Next up blood work. And more research on things I will be needing. Updated on 22 May 2016: So last Monday I had surgery; tummy tuck, Lipo of the flanks and back. Everything came out well, no complications. A compression garment was placed around my waist which turned out not to be a good idea. It pinched my belly button and the center incision causing a lack of blood flow. The skin turned a purple-black color which really resembled the beginning signs of necrosis. I followed up with the doctor 48 hours post op, and he seemed concerned, he gave me an ointment to place on the affected area every six hours and placed me one hour under an oxygen mask. Today I am happy to announce that the mark has decreased in size and the color has turned a dark pink. I will post pictures as soon as I recover my energy, I'm still feeling drained. Updated on 24 May 2016: Here are pictures of the abdomen area, the area that I was afraid had necrosis. As you can see it turned out to be a bruise that has lightened up as the days go by. I will follow up with Dr. Golshani tomorrow, I will let him know that about the possible seromas on both hips, where the scar ends. I also have an unsightly dog ear that is poking out on the right hip and it looks worse because of the protruding seroma. I hope he and his staff can extract the excess fluids to minimize the bulge.
Dr. Golshani is a true professional. His office staff is friendly, and nice which can help a lot of you're nervous about having any type of procedure done. I had my breast augmentation over 10 years ago and have had nothing but a great result, and overall experience. I had seen 6 other doctors for consultations and I didn't have a good feeling until someone referred me to his practice. I'm so happy with the outcome, I wish I could tell everyone to go to him. I will need to redo my augmentation and I can'y imagjne about going with another doctor. I've moved out of state and would gladly come back to him!
I regularly use textured Sientra implants and prefer the results to smooth implants as they minimize the risks of capsular contracture, and hold their position much better over the long run. They are very easy to remove if necessary, I would not worry about that at all. Best, Daniel Golshani, M.D., Beverly Hills.
Hi. You're an excellent candidate for Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), Liposuction of the lateral thighs as you mentioned and the lower flanks to get a curvier waist if you wish at the same time. It's a very happy and gratifying operation for most patients. Of course a consultation is necessary in person to confirm any of the statements made by a physical examination. Best wishes, Daniel Golshani, Beverly Hills
Thank you for providing the photographs accurately documenting your concern about loose skin above and below the umbilicus. It does appear that you are not a candidate for a full tummy tuck, because you don't have enough skin to remove, although the best way to tell would be during a physical examination. With inadequate skin a full tummy tuck may require a short vertical scar in the pubic area which you may or may not be o.k. with. Another option which I have used successfully on many similar patients is what I call a mini tummy tuck with an umbilical float and umbilicoplasty. In this operation we free the skin below and above the umbilicus, tighten the muscle below and sometimes endoscopically above the umbilicus , and remove the loose skin just above the belly button with an umbilicoplasty, as well as with the mini tummy tuck. It has a short scar hidden inside a bikini, and It seems to work exceptionally well in many cases like yours. Best, Daniel Golshani, M.D., Beverly Hills.
A common fear of many patients after having a tummy tuck is exactly the same concern as yours. Even if a small bulge develops after commonly a forced abrupt move after surgery, it doesn't necessarily mean that the suture has broken. You might have a small hematoma or seroma which should be aspirated by your surgeon followed by compression following aspiration. If the suture is broken , repair must be done surgically to avoid a bulging upper abdomen. This can be diagnosed during a physical examination or if necessary with a CT scan or MRI. So, first step is to visit your surgeon. Best, Daniel Golshani, M.D., Beverly Hills.
It seems to me that you have fully considered the problem at hand. I agree that your implants are too large. I agree with down sizing and switching to smaller textured Sientra silicone gel implants, which I like a lot and work well in these situations. I would highly consider the subpectoral dual plane II technique for your next operation to decrease significantly the extent of upper pole implant show and rippling ( I would avoid this position if you're a competitive body builder. Preoperative deflation of saline implants is an excellent idea and technique , and I have tried it many times with success. The only reluctance on this is on the side of some patients who feel strange walking around with a deflated implant for 4 weeks, but it works well in helping minimize incisions. You're on the right track. It is possible to avoid a vertical scar in your case as the pseudo-ptosis correction requires an inframammary fold incision only. Best wishes. Daniel Golshani, M.D., Beverly Hills.
