Subtle alar base reduction for width? Is it possible to reduce nostrils but still keep the original shape of the nose? (photo)

lanafama
Hi there! I am 19, and I have always been insecure about the size of my nostrils. I really like the shape of my nose, I think it suits my face, I also like the profile of my nose. But once I start smiling or speaking, my nostrils flare a lot and my nose gets really wide. One nostril is also bigger than the other. I really just want my nostrils a bit smaller, I don't want to change the entire shape of my nose.
