I will be going on surgery #3 to improve breathing. I have internal and external valve collapse. I also believe I need an alar base repair as my nostrils were reduced too much and are just little slits. I have gone to a couple consults. My second failed surgery to correct my breathing used lateral crural strut graphs with my septal cartilage. Another surgeon indicated he has not seen this type of graph work and would use porex medpore? Thoughts on this and composite grafts for alar base repair?
