I had alarplasty in 2008, my nostrils are uneven. Right side is higher and straighter, left side is lower and rounder.

I love my use but hate my nostrils. What is best way to fix? I added my mock before and after. Can I achieve this?

If Im fine with the size of my nostrils, but the area surrounding my nostrils is more large and bulbous, is it possible to make this area smaller without affecting my actual nostril opening size? I think this is called an alarplasty but when I searched it, it seems to be that the alarplasty changes the actual nostril opening, which I dont particularly want. Would a natural result still be able to be achieved, and is it more complicated/risky to do?

It has been 2.5 years since my revision rhinoplasty, and my nostrils are still uneven. Are there any procedures available to improve their symmetry? I've spoken to my surgeon and he said he thinks it look fine.

Hello, I had a lip lift surgery three months ago. My nasal cells were cut, and my nose has healed very poorly. Am I a candidate for an alarplasty, or will I need a revision rhinoplasty to fix this? The first two photos are my nose before, and the others are what my nose looks like now.

I was thinking about getting an Alarplasty and maybe tiplasty. I like my nose when I dont smile and I want subtle changes. And to look a bit softer. What is recommended. I dont want to get a full rhino if I dont need to. The two pictures are still my nose but how I want to look a bit more slim.

Ive had a rhinoplasty but the lower part of my nose is still wide. One doctor told me that only steroid injections can reduce the size of my nose but Ive seen a doctor online perform surgery specifically for this problem. Dear community, I have no problem with the typical asian flatness or tip of my nose. What does bother me is the wideness. I have considered an Alarplasty only. Is there anything that I should consider regarding this and would I be a good candidate? Thank you for reading!
