I know I am not “overweight” but I am not at my ideal weight either. While I am a considerably healthy girl, I have stubborn areas of fat (specifically my upper abdomen under my boobs). I also do not like how there is barely any definition when you look at my breast to waist to hips. I want to tighten that waist line and have a more hourglass figure.
