Why are all doctors not aggressive with lipo?

fantastic question, when lipo is done overly aggressive a few things happen. First this is when you get lumps bumps irregularities and loose extra asymmetric skin. Also many part of the body are different, for instance the back and waist tolerate aggressive lipo but the abdomen does not. Also when there are other procedures involved like a tummy tuck or a BBL the more aggressive the lipo the more likely complications are going to happen. This is why its important to have procedures done by experts in those procedures

If liposuction is too aggressive, it can lead to irregularities, ripples and bumps. As the other surgeons have stated, liposuction that is done to the extreme will essentially leave skin directly on muscle with no fatty buffer layer which allows for a natural result.
