Why are all doctors not aggressive with lipo?

Question

I have read several reviews of several ladies changing doctors because of learning they won't be aggressive with lipo during TT and BBL. Isn't that's the best way to get a patient their money worth?

fantastic question, when lipo is done overly aggressive a few things happen. First this is when you get lumps bumps irregularities and loose extra asymmetric skin. Also many part of the body are different, for instance the back and waist tolerate aggressive lipo but the abdomen does not. Also when there are other procedures involved like a tummy tuck or a BBL the more aggressive the lipo the more likely complications are going to happen. This is why its important to have procedures done by experts in those procedures

If liposuction is too aggressive, it can lead to irregularities, ripples and bumps. Technique is a major factor for best results. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. As the other surgeons have stated, liposuction that is done to the extreme will essentially leave skin directly on muscle with no fatty buffer layer which allows for a natural result.

Minimum liposuction can mean under done liposuction.   Maximum liposuction can be overdone liposuction.  The goal and best results are to not think about mini or maxi but rather choose the JUST RIGHT course.   This requires surgical judgement that comes with training and experience.  My Best,   Dr Commons
