Can I get arm lipo with a Nexplanon implant? (photos)

I have a nexplanon implant but I have some excess fat in my arms (not much) but they’ve caused stretch marks so I figured that means the fat isn’t supposed to be there. I’d like to know if it’s possible for me to get Lipo in my arms with the implant in.

Dear Ateke, Looking at your photo, I would recommend a liposuction procedure first... followed by a skin excision (brachioplasty) 3-6 months later.  Just liposuction will leave you with a lot of loose skin, and an arm lift by itself won't be able to remove enough tissue adequately....

Based on the pictures it looks like you have full thickness burns to the skin.  You should stay in close communication with your plastic surgeon about how to treat this.  If someone other than a plastic surgeon performed the procedure then you should seek out the care of one to make sure you get...

The drainage after liposuction is blood tinged and may stain bedding or furniture.   We send patients home with some material to protect from drainage.  But it's a good idea to place old towels around to prevent any drainage that happens to get past the bandages.  Best of luck.

You need to be seen to determine if liposuction is an option for you. Liposuction works When the skin is in excellent condition and the arm is not very big. A brachioplasty is necessary to reduce excess skin in many cases.
