I was told that because I don’t have much saggy skin of the arms and my arms are a solid fat I won’t benefit from a brachialplasty (arm lift) what would be the best option for me to get skinny arms. My arms don’t go with the rest of my body and I just want them to be smaller. Please look at the picture and tell me what I would need thanks.

Based on the photo, you have a full-thickness burn. This requires a close monitoring and probably a surgery. Be sure to seek an immediate in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to prevent further complication and permanent scarring.
The fluid that comes out of the incisions may stain your clothing and sheets. Generally, patents are sent home with a protective covering over the incision and are instructed to be replaced for a few weeks. This will prevent leakage and infection.
