Based on the pictures it looks like you have full thickness burns to the skin. You should stay in close communication with your plastic surgeon about how to treat this. If someone other than a plastic surgeon performed the procedure then you should seek out the care of one to make sure you get appropriate treatment. Your injuries will likely require additional surgery or at least prolonged wound care and will ultimately leave permanent scars. This is an unfortunate outcome and should not have happened. There are multiple non-skilled providers offering liposuction and in the wrong hands bad outcomes can occur. Be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for your care in the future.

The fluid that comes out of the incisions may stain your clothing and sheets. Generally, patents are sent home with a protective covering over the incision and are instructed to be replaced for a few weeks. This will prevent leakage and infection.
