After 2 babies and over 3 years cumulative breast feeding, I only had tissue at the bottom of my breast. My boobs were deflated and with a push up bra, it was just skin, nothing to push up. I asked Dr. Kreithen to make me look like myself in a shirt just better. I wanted cleavage without projection.

At 61 years old in 2021, 35 years with DOW Corning Silicone Implants, finding out I was very sick for 1 1/2 years (lymph nodes enlarged in my abdomen and nodules in my lungs with a 25 lb weight gain) before finding out my implants were leaking into my body. I researched several plastic surgeons in the Sarasota area, spoke with other women who their doctor was. I found myself with 8 doctors lined up to meet and speak with. My first appointment was with Dr. Kreithen. Prior to going I prayed and asked God to reveal the best surgeon to me. After he came in the room, I felt a peace and a calmness right away. He has a gentle/calming spirit and I knew he was the one God chose for me. I cancelled all the other appointments and proceeded with a peaceful heart to remove and replace my implants.

Dr. Kreithen did a terrific job! I had tuberous breast deformation, and with a lift and 240cc implants it has been significantly improved. I feel much more confident in my body. The implants look and feel very natural, and the pre and post op consultations were very informative, and everyone was extremely helpful in person, and over email. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a breast augmentation.

I had gummy implants and I am very satisfied with the results and you cannot even see where the incisions were. The Doctor and staff are amazing and so friendly ! The follow up care is amazing and it’s been 1 year and I highly recommend this office and Dr Kreithen!!

I got gummy bear implants with Scar revision by Dr. Kreithen and he did a great job! I had a baby right after I had a breast reduction and it left wide keloid scars.The whole process was great. The staff there take are of you and the nurse Michelle was a rock star. I recommend using the if you are in the Sarasota area. Very happy with my results.

I was tired of my little boobs, so I did them and myself a favor and booked a consultation with the best plastic surgeon in Sarasota, Dr. Kreithen. 4 months post surgery and they are the best darn boobs in town! He's literally the best and I couldn't be more happy with the results! I cannot thank him enough!!

My experience with Dr. Kreithen and his staff was absolutely wonderful from the initial consult through surgery and the final post op visit. They were always attentive to my needs, questions and concerns and most importantly the final result is fantastic!! Dr. Kreithen is an amazing surgeon and I am so thankful that he was recommended.

Saved my life! He found something on a breast Mri when I went in for a consult to have implants exchanged  Final decision was explanting total removal of implants . I haven’t felt this good in years , thanks to Dr Kreithen . There was never once a question about my decision or a sell to have implants replaced . Dr Kreithen is an artist and perfectionist. A few months later had a revision for leftover skin from having large implants for 32 yrs.

Dr. Kreithen is a miracle worker and the staff the work along side him are just as amazing. I had a pretty significant breast surgery in May of 2019 that consisted of a breat lift with reduction as well as implants and needless to say, there were scars. I knew, and I choose to live with the scars because I had quite a bit of sag starting at a young age and I've never had children to assist in that progression, just plain old gravity, so I was self conscious for many years. The surgery was done by a different surgeon and I was happy with the size but right away I had trouble healing because of the amount of work done combined with the strain, so my scars were dramatized. I worked hard on following doctors orders, using scar cream and tape, doing the massage, and keeping the area clean, but there was nothing I could do post surgery to avoid the giant scars I was left with. My areolas were the worst of all the scars. I then reached out to my surgeon to discuss a treatment plan, but after numerous phone calls and leaving messages with everyone that answered the phone, I gave up. I was extremely disappointed in the experience following my surgery, so I decided I needed to move on and find someone else that could help me. After more than 18 months post surgery and healing, I started reading about the different ways to improve the look of the scars. I read about tatooing, laser treatments, better scar creams, and scar revision. I then decided that scar revision would probably be best suited for my situation, so then began the doctor hunt. After many many doctor profiles, reviews, and photos, my husband and I found Dr. Kreithen and decided to set up a consultation to discuss scar revision. The minute we met with him we felt confident that he was the right surgeon so within a week we scheduled the surgery. Dr. Kreithen was incredible from beginning to end. His bedside manner is wonderful, he made me feel comfortable from the very first visit, right before surgery, right after surgery, and every post op appointment I have been to. He took my ugly scars and made them beautiful, beyond what I even thought was possible. I had no idea someone could make a scar look as good as he accomplished with my scars. Just beautiful. Now the nurses, surgical techs, and front end staff are on another level as well. Every single one of the staff members was beyond caring, kind, and accommodating, I just can't say enough about them all. My surgery was quick and I had a nearly painless recovery, I honestly can't recommend Dr. Kreithen enough if you are looking to have scar revision.

I want to give special thanks to Dr. Kreithen and his staff. Their care and professionalism is absolutely five star*****. I had to wait 12 years to have breast reconstruction when I turned 65-an insurance issue. Once I got started , I became a part of their family. Totally happy with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Kreithen is the bomb! After finishing all the procedures and being released, (I called it graduation), my yearly mammogram discovered cancer in my right breast. My first response was, "Really" ?! At first I looked at the big cancer networks. However, I trust Dr. Kreithen, so I used Dr. Browning who works out of Lakewood Ranch hospital with Dr. Kreithen. Wonderful experience at Lakewood Ranch by surgical staff and nurses during an overnight. Two more weeks will complete this second journey. Happy and blessed. I will miss all of them! Belinda R.
