I had a breast lift and Ideal implants in January of 2022. My right breast is great, but what can be done about the left breast? My right implant is 440cc's and my left is 405cc's. Thanks in advance!
Answer: Revision of one breast Revision of left breast to improve shape and larger implant will, very likely, be the way to correct current asymmetry. You should talk to your surgeon. Good luck.

Answer: 6 mo post op BA/BL . what can be done about the left breast? It appears you would benefit from a revision of the left breast. The exact cause and recommended procedure cannot be determined without a clinical examination. Discuss this with your surgeon who can present your options and proceed to the desired correction.

Answer: Adheasion release surgery would solve your problem Looking at your case, I can say that the adhesion may have occurred due to strong internal and external scarring, or fat necrosis or fat absorption may have occurred due to poor blood circulation in the area after surgery. It seems that it can be improved through adhesiolysis (a procedure to release adhesion) and fat grafting.

Answer: Internal scar tissue This can certainly be very frustrating, for both you and your surgeon! First, I would recommend speaking with your plastic surgeon about this. You likely have scar tissue in the deeper tissue of the breast that has caused the overlying skin and scar to contract, and give your breast an abnormal shape. If this has not improved with time, then it can be removed surgically, and sometimes under just local anesthesia.

Answer: Breast Augmentation - corrective surgery I would recommend fat grafting that left breast and trying to get the vertical scar to elongate as that seems to be too short thereby producing asymmetry. I have a bit of experience with similar cosmetic shortcomings from patients who had surgery years ago from older physicians.... definitely worth looking into! Best Wishes!!
