Answer: Subglandular breast augmentation I would recommend starting with subglandular breast augmentation. This would give you a nice shape tear press and fill out the upper pole as well. It may also be that a small breast lift procedure could help however starting with the breast augmentation would provide you with a nice natural appearance

Answer: Breast lift with or without implants Based on your complaints about your nipples, at the very least you should pursue a breast lift. This will make the nipples a bit smaller and would improve the overall shape of your breasts. The breast lift will slightly improve the volume of the upper pole of the breast and will reshape the lower pole. Based on your complaints of feeling "deflated," it is likely that a breast lift alone will not improve all of your cosmetic complaints. Improving any volume problems are best done by either a breast implant or fat grafting. Breast implants will give you a larger and more predictable volume, but you do run the risk of looking too full depending on your desired look. Fat grafting will improve the contour of your abdomen and flanks as well as add volume to your breast, but the volume can be a bit unpredictable in terms of how much fat is available for transfer and how much inevitably becomes permanent. Overall, you have many excellent options for breast rejuvenation and an in person consultation would be the best way to perform tissue based planning and choose the best option.

Answer: How to improve breasts? Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your age and photos, I would recommend a procedure that would enhance the upper pole of your breast on both sides with an augmentation. An areola reduction procedure would be of benefit to reduce the size of the areola and improve your overall aesthetics. You do have an asymmetry that would need to be evaluated further in person with measurements during a consultation to decide on the best procedure for you. Overall you have excellent potential to have a fantastic result. Alex Zuriarrain, MD, FACSQuadruple Board-Certified Plastic/Cosmetic SurgeonCleveland Clinic Trained

Answer: Breast augmentation Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on these photos alone, you seem to have an asymmetry between the breasts with upper pole deficiency and a mild ptosis, These can be corrected with breast implants and small lift. An in-person evaluation is always more helpful.

Answer: Breast lift, possibly with implants You could benefit from a breast lift if you want to keep your size and want lifted breasts. If you want lifted breasts that are bigger than your current size, you would need a breast lift and implant. The breast lift will reduce the size of your areola, and the breast implant will give you more top fullness of the breast. The type of lift and volume and type of implant will depend on the plan that you should set with the board certified plastic surgeon that you choose to do this operation.
