Hello. I have very small breasts and thinking about getting a surgery. What kind of implants would you recommend based on the photos?

Answer: Implant recommendations Thanks for your question! Without being able to see you in person and take some measurements, it would be a challenge to give you a good recommendation. My guess would be a silicone implant, under the muscle, and the profile would depend on your goals. You should get an in-person consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Implants I would suggest gel implants instead of saline to minimize the risks of ripples. I would recommend meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue so you can actually see what size you like.

Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.
