Answer: Asymmetry Asymmetry of the breasts occurs for almost everyone to some degree. Fortunately there are ways to improve it. You can elect to reduce the size of the larger breast to better match the smaller. Or you can elect to add volume to the smaller to better match the larger. If one breast sags lower a breast lift may also be recommended. For a personalized evaluation visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Answer: Breasts You do not have a disease. Your breasts are not identical twins, but sisters, and about 15% of women have at least one cup size difference, sometimes more, between their breasts. What can be done is based on which, if either, size you prefer. You can have an augmentation of reduction to make them more even. If you are concerned, please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
