At first impression, the call to the office for consult was very welcoming. The consult also was very comfortable and easy. The office staff, the nurses, and Dr. K are all very smooth personalities and are very pleasant to talk to. Scheduling was also very convenient. There were no “hoops” to jump through. My main concern was extra skin and at no time was I bothered to purchase more options. Pre-op, again, was easy. Dr. K goes over the procedure and post op expectations. The nurse, Erika, covered what to expect post-op about incision and even re-visited information Dr.K covered just to verify understanding. I also received at least two forms of written directions and expectations. Overall, I was very happy with education and preparation. Surgeries happen at a center or the hospital. Mine was at the center. It was very nice and the staff there were all nice and competent. The center is very conveniently located and kind of upscale like a spa. Surgery went well. Recovery has been uneventful. I had no complications at all. I woke up with a binder on and wore that for 6 weeks except for showering. Follow-up depends on procedure. For me, it was 1 week. Dr. K uses drainless technique but he does insert a drain for 7 days just for surety. Mine drained very little in that time. I have not had the lower body swelling I was concerned about with the traditional tummy tuck. I also had follow ups at 2 weeks and 6 weeks. I had complete access to office if needed for information. I’ve attached photos from before and at 6 week follow up. I’m very happy with incision, placement, and belly button. My surgery expectations were exceeded. Updated on 7 Jul 2024: I was released at my 3 month checkup and happy to report an uneventful healing phase. Dr K was very kind and said even though he was releasing me to call with any concerns. I’ll definitely use him again for anything I ever need. His nurse gave me an adorable hat and t-shirt on the way out. Updated on 28 Oct 2024: I continue to be very happy with my results at 6 months post op. I am starting to show muscle definition and a waiste which I’ve never had. Wound healing is still uneventful with no problems post op.
Where do I even start? My experience with Dr. Kreitzberg has been nothing short of perfection. I got an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo360, armpit lipo, breast lift and augmentation. His bedside manner is impeccable and I never felt rushed. All of my questions were answered and I feel like he cared about my wellbeing. When I saw my results I was absolutely blown away. My incisions are super thin and low and are healing really nicely. My flanks were my biggest insecurity and he was able to contour them how I wanted. My breasts were mildly tuberous in shape and I was not happy with my large areolas and he downsized them and rounded my breasts out perfectly. I'm only 3.5 weeks post op but I am so happy. I keep recommending Dr. K to everyone. Updated on 29 Apr 2024: Updated on 20 May 2024: 6 weeks now and swelling has subsided a little. Most of my swelling now is under my bellybutton. Dr. K assured me when that goes down my bellybutton with turn into an innie. Also my breasts have dropped more and softened up. Every week I see changes and couldn’t be happier. I have ditched the compression now and only use it if I increase activity to help with swelling. Updated on 7 Jun 2024: 9 weeks out and I’m finally able to sleep on my sides. Swelling comes and goes but I’m continuing my lymphatic massages. My breasts have softened up and dropped nice and even. My lift scars are very thin and light and I’ve been alternating silicone tape and gel. Updated on 19 Jul 2024: My swelling is down and my breasts have dropped and fluffed. Everything is healed nicely. I’m continuing with scar treatment alternating silicone tape and gel. Updated on 11 Aug 2024: I haven’t really been working out or dieting. In fact, my weight has stayed exactly the same and it seems like overnight here recently, when I wake up in the morning, I can see my ab muscles. I’m still shrinking 4 months post op and each month gets better. I’m so happy and can’t believe this is my body. Updated on 30 Oct 2024: No issues. So happy with my lift and Implants.
I’m officially one week away from finally having BOOBIES! I’m 5’7, 140lbs rocking an unfilled A cup after 2 kiddos. My goal is to achieve a full, natural look. I have always been flat chested, I say I have “pecs” instead of boobs and can’t wait to finally feel feminine in my body! We are going with Sientra Moderate Plus implants between 285-320ccs, depending on Dr. K’s decision once he gets rolling. I’m honestly nervous I’m going too big with the Mod +, but having wide shoulders/ribcage, Dr. K was very confident in this choice. Praying I don’t look ridiculous! T-7 days! Updated on 6 Mar 2024: I had surgery at 7 this morning and was home by 10! I’m athletic, 5’7 and about 140lbs and started with a 36 A or 32 B. We landed on 325 cc Sientra Moderate Plus implants! Some post-op notes: I was for sure nauseous when I woke up but that subsided when I got home, ate some toast and took a good nap! Other than the nausea, my breasts are super sore but manageable. I underestimated how hard it would be to move around this first day so I’m incredibly grateful my husband is able to help me move around, adjust pillows and bring me all the things! I can’t wait to take the bra off and look at my new boobs! Updated on 7 Mar 2024: I unclipped the surgery bra to take a look! As expected, they’re high and TIGHT but I think they’re going to be perfect when they settle! I did take pain meds last night (which I feel like doesn’t really help) aaand I can’t wait to shower Friday! Updated on 7 Mar 2024: Made it through the first sleepless night! I’m a belly sleeper to my core so sleeping upright was a challenge. Feeling a lot better today but still pretty uncomfortable! I’ve found our couch to be more comfortable than propping up in bed. Easier to get up and down when needed and the back of the couch helps hold up extra pillows. As expected, everything I sitting high and TIGHT still, but they already look different from yesterday! This will be so fun to watch as they settle in. Updated on 10 Mar 2024: I can’t even put in to words how obsessed I am with my new boobs! They’re still pretty sore and I’m being *the best* patient but LOOK AT THEMMM! If I’m this obsessed already, I can’t even fathom when they’re actually settled and soft. Sleep is still uncomfortable but that won’t change until I can at least sleep on my side. I mostly just have muscle pain on the sides and my nipples are still a little asleep. Ice packs feel amazing under my arms aaand I think that’s about it! I’ll post again after my 1 week post op appointment! Updated on 27 Mar 2024: Three weeks post op and first of all, still obsessed. Here are some of the “weird to me” things I’ve experienced and my surgeon’s response: - “Lumpy” or scalloped feeling bumps under my left incision. Not ON the incision. This was normal, the interior or deeper stitches that will dissolve by three months. - I have been astounded by the nipple pain/sensitivity. Totally normal but jeez. They do not like being forever squished in a bra! - a tight ligament/vein pulling on one side. I’ve provided a photo for reference. If I reach up or lean back, this is pulling super tight. I called my surgeon who said it’s not NOT normal, but a ligament or vein being pulled somehow by the inner stitches. It should resolve itself by three months. - They start to look smaller when looking down at them! As they drop in to place, they sort of get squished back up by the tighter muscles and skin, causing them to look smaller. Between 3-6 weeks they drop in to place and fluff out more to their full size. Trust the process! Overall, I’ve had super smooth healing. I’m back to light workouts and peloton rides and don’t experience any real pain or discomfort. I’m completely obsessed with the results. I’ll gush about that in my next update. Updated on 27 Apr 2024: I’m just over 6 weeks post op and I think my main update is that I can’t believe how natural they FEEL. I never expected fake boobs to feel so soft and real and I’m so thrilled. My left nipple is still really sensitive but overall they feel pretty normal. Nothing crazy to report! Updated on 3 Aug 2024: 5 months post op! It’s been pretty smooth sailing these few months. The hardest part has been continuing to modify workouts to avoid specific chest exercises but we’re making do! I still have some numbness and sensitivity in my left breast but everything else feels totally normal and natural! Scars are fading nicely and it’s been a lovely swimsuit season!
Probably one of the best surgeons ever! The staff is amazing and friendly. Had an extended TT with lipo on 7/20/23. The results are beyond my wildest dreams! I never thought it would look this good and the incision is small compared to what I see. Went to several consults before deciding. Dr. Was thorough and detailed when explaining procedure but most importantly he listened to what I wanted and what bothered me the most when discuss my vision. He didn’t try to point out anything else that he thought I should have done. He was humble and unpretentious which is hard to find in plastics. If you are on the fence about if you should do it but make sure it’s with Dr. Kreitzberg. My sister was so impressed with the results she booked her own surgery with him. The only thing you will regret is not doing it sooner!
I interviewed 4 surgeons before I settled on Dr. Kreitzberg. I am 57 and had breast augmentation 25 years ago. Because of gravity and weight gain and the size of my implants. I was very unhappy with how my clothes fit and I looked like one big saggy boob. Dr. Kreitzberg listened to all of my concerns and seemed to completely understand me. He explained exactly what he could do to help me. My procedure was done December 22, 2022. I am over the top excited about the results. I could not believe he could create such beautiful breasts from what I had to work with. He removed my original implants, sutured the pocket and put smaller implants in. He also did a lift. Now by breasts fit my body and EVERYONE I know has told me I look like I have lost 20 lbs. My breast now fit my body. He is not only very talented but extremely caring. I would highly recommend this surgeon! “As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.”
I met with Dr. K and then had surgery 2months later with him. After having my consult with him I felt so comfortable with him and his advice for me. He was honest, open and took time to explain everything to me. He had questions for me and listened to all my answers and concerns. I had no issues with my tummy tuck and love my results. The best part is I don't look fake. I have very natural curves that he was able to enhance. Dr. K and his staff love to help their patients reach their goals.
Thank you for your question! Following removal of the implant and all the implant capsule, I would recommend a short scar (lollipop) breast lift. This lift will tighten the lower breast, improve upper breast fullness with tissue auto-augmentation, and offer a perky appearance. Fat transfer 6-9 months following implant removal will add volume if needed for a full B.
Great questions! I would recommend a breast lift with a staged fat transfer 6-9 months later. Small volume fat transfer can be performed at the time of the lift if desired. The lift will improve shape, symmetry, and nipple position. The fat transfer will add volume and additional upper breast fullness. Some patients elect to only have a lift depending on final breast size preferences. The recovery from each operation is fairly quick with mild pain. I find this is a great option for patients that want to avoid breast implants. An additional benefit of fat transfer is body contouring with liposuction. Great question!
Thank you for your question. Congratulations on having the surgery. The right breast appears to be healing well. Regarding the left breast, I would recommend waiting until at least 6-9 months post op and then having a revision lift. The revision would improve the appearance of the lower central breast and the breast on the lower outside. Thank you for your question.
Thank you for your question. Based on the information that you have offered, I think you would be a great candidate for a breast reduction. The symptoms that you describe regarding your breasts, back, and shoulders are common among women that I see in the clinic for a breast reduction. A majority of patients see a significant improvement in these symptoms after surgery. Using modern techniques, the breasts will have good shape and fullness at a reduced size that compliments your body size.
Thank you for your question. Based on the photo submitted, you would be an optimal candidate for a breast lift alone. Using modern techniques, you would be able to obtain great results with optimal upper breast fullness and projection of the breasts. I would suggest a lift alone and if you still want more fullness after the lift (+6 months) then add a small implant at that time.
