Hi, I've always had a crooked columella, and I believe it's due to the fact that one nostril is slightly higher than the other and not from a deviated septum as my nose is quite straight. I hate it and always notice it in photos. I was wondering how much the cost would be. Also, would there be any way to make my nostrils less noticeable? Thank you

It can take longer than 6 months for your nose to fully evolve and heal. This includes the issue you have noted in terms of your nose being more oily. I tell patients it can take upwards of a full year after rhinoplasty before the nose completely heals.

If your boyfriend had an infection, I would expect increased swelling and redness of the nose. The discharge from the picture looks very normal. In the absence of other symptoms, I would not be too concerned.
