Is my drooping columella easily fixable? (Photos)

this is one of those situations where it would be best to get a real examination. The short anwer is "ye" it can be fixed. The exact solution though needs an exam to identify the exact reason it looks like that. good luck.

It is always best to evaluate a nose in person.  One of your pictures looks as if you may have a bit of a "hanging columella" but the other one seems OK.  A hanging columella could be related to either the leading edge of the septum  and/or the lower lateral cartilages.  Either or both of these anatomical components of the nose can be altered as needed with a rhinoplasty.  
It would be best to seek a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon or an ENT Surgeon that offers rhinoplasty as part of their practice.
