Is my drooping columella easily fixable? (Photos)

mckaylarosee
I got my septum pierced 9 months ago and flipped it up one day and noticed my nose looked kind of different and started looking at pictures before i got the piercing and really noticed the difference so i took it out and am hoping to get it fixed and am just wondering if it's doable? i've never heard of this piercing causing such a change in a nose and i was also wondering if it's a common thing
