I am looking to mainly correct the sagginess of the breasts (especially the nipples). Looking for minimal scarring and incisions, I am wondering if a crescent lift could do the trick? Would it be enough to lift the nipples to make the breasts look a bit perkier? I'm not necessarily looking for more volume. Or do you recommend lipofilling the breasts or implants? And if I get either of those, would you recommend a lift anyway? Thank you for your time!

I would avoid the crescent lift since it changes the shape of the areolae, but a peri-areolar incision might work for you.
