I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Mr Riaz. From the very first consultation he was professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the care I received throughout was excellent. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results of my breast enlargement — they look amazing and very natural, exactly what I hoped for. I met with Dr Riaz for an initial consultation for a breast uplift with implants, he really does know what he is talking about and made me feel very confident that he is the right surgeon for me. I had a previous consultation with another surgeon who made me feel very rushed, and only spent 7 minutes talking to me. Dr Riaz was happy to answer all my questions and spent as much time needed with me. What also really stood out for me was that he thoroughly measured my breasts, and made detailed notes. Amazing. From start to finish I felt comfortable and in safe hands with Dr Agha. I am extremely happy with my surgery and the results. In the clinic the whole team made me feel relaxed and looked after. Would use this surgeon and clinic again in a heartbeat.

100% from start to finish. Mam of four long-term breastfed babies, 6.5 stone weight loss. Riaz was so, so patient with me. Most importantly he LISTENED to what I wanted. My goals perhaps were not the norm. I spoke to numerous surgeons and no one would touch me unless I had an uplift. I really didn’t want an uplift. Dr Riaz was the first surgeon to listened to what I wanted. I wasn’t interested in having them high up. I just wanted what I had, just filled! As if they were naturally big. Well.. my surgery was 5 days ago and I am so, SO obsessed with them! They look absolutely incredible. To compensate for the lack of lift, he put in as big an implant as he could manage (570cc) which again, was one of my goals. He is a wonderful man. Approachable. Understanding. Like talking to a wise friend. I am more than happy with my experience. I will be forever grateful to you Dr Agha.

Mr Riaz is highly professional, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist in his line of work. On meeting Mr Riaz he instantly made me feel at ease, and his passion and desire for me to understand the process was so welcoming. I recently visited for an up and coming procedure I have booked in for the 12th. Dr Agha was detailed and thorough during my F2F visit. He communicates well and listened to all my thoughts, he advises well-equally is as realistic with surgery and the results. The location itself on Harley Street is pristine all of the staff and friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very easy to find- I came from Euston. It was a straight forward journey for me coming from Shrewsbury. Considering I travelled alone, it was quite enjoyable. Really looking forward to my procedure, having waited around 7 years for it after having my little girl and not wanting to jump into having surgery while she was so young. My patient advisor has also been brilliant along the way, thank you Jenny.

I had my consultation appointment this week with Dr Agha, what A lovely man! It ended up being a very long consultation as he was taking over from another surgeon and plans changed, but he was amazing. He took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly examined me told me all of my options and what to expect nothing was too much trouble as I was asking a lot of questions!! I’ve Now booked my operation and I can’t wait to see my new body I feel like I’m in safe hands already, which is a really nice feeling thank you so much ! Updated on 28 Jan 2026: I had an amazing experience with Dr Agha I had a breast augmentation and liposuction.Im more than happy with my results! He’s truly amazing at what he does if you’re thinking of having him as your surgeon don’t think anymore just do it !

Some unfortunate circumstances meant I had to change surgeons a few weeks before my surgery was booked in. This was quite unsettling and it took me a few times of meeting Dr Agha to feel comfortable. What I realise now is that whilst I was initially put off by his questioning I now realise that this was part of his thorough approach to his work and part of ensuring that I was provided with all the information. Taking so much time to explain the procedure, this risks and uncertainties and asking questions was part of a transparent approach which allowed trust building. Dr Agha changed the plan I had with my original surgeon (fleur de lis) to an extended tummy tuck and I am so happy he did. I am thrilled with the results. My scar is very thin, well placed and I had a very smooth recovery process. I would recommend Dr Agha to anyone wanting a transparent, realistic and honest surgeon who wants the best results achievable for his patients.
