I store most of my fat in my upper body and my structure is bigger as well. I'm not happy with the size and shape of my breasts. What type of implant should I go for? Thanksss

tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition.My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries.That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Unfortunately that question is unanswerable without more information.  In general a textured round implant will give you the best upper pole fullness and a teardrop or smooth round implant give a more natural look. It completely depends on the size you want to go and the look you are trying to achieve.

I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and profile implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Your breasts are low on the chest wall and widely separated. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants or fat transfers can be placed.

Good morning!
We would determine the exact size and profile when I measure your chest, we review photos together, and you have an opportunity to try on the implant sizers here in the office, but the key will be choosing an implant with proper width to close the large gap you have between your breasts. I like a nice one finger gap. Also, you should consider a donut mastopexy because your nipples are widely spaced as well- a donut mastopexy can allow them to be more properly centered on your breasts!

I appreciate your concerns and your shoulders are somewhat broad, however your breasts are anatomically wider apart and this makes your shoulders appear broader than they are. 
You do have modest asymmetry, however submuscular breast augmentation with release of your medial, lower chest muscles would be a nice option and make your breasts appear to be closer with some added cleavage and certainly not make you look fat. Different sized implants most likely will be needed to address your asymmetry. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to confirm my advice. Good luck.

I do not feel that implant choice is the main decision here. You have some significant asymmetry with your right breast being larger than the left it appears on your picture as well as the areolar are large for your sized breast. I would treat this case some what like a tuberous breast case. I would place a saline sizing implant in first and get the size symmetry correct for implant selection, this will likely need to be two different sized implants. Some "radial scoring" of the breast parenchyma on the left to also help improve some symmetry, also plus or minus areolar reduction bilaterally. This is not a straight forward case, so choose your surgeon wisely. Hope this helps!
