I have wide shoulders and a big rib cage? Would a breast augmentation make the area look bigger and more fat? (Photo)

Unfortunately that question is unanswerable without more information. In general a textured round implant will give you the best upper pole fullness and a teardrop or smooth round implant give a more natural look. It completely depends on the size you want to go and the look you are trying to achieve.

I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and profile implants.
