Hello, I have always wanted big boobs ever since I was little. My mother always said you want to have a chest on you and growing up I’d put on her bras. I am only a 34b which so was my mother before she had hers done. I’d hope to be DD when I come out as it’s my 21st birthday gift and I wanna be a big bombshell. Starting in middle school as soon as I had AA I started wearing major push up bras and stuffing my bras. I wear a bombshell bra every day and can’t wait to have a set bobbies!

At the age of 21 the FDA recommends saline implants unless there is a reason to offer silicone gel implants. Either way I would recommend the implant to be placed under the muscle.
