I said it before and I’ll say it again this man is this Boobie God! He’s done both my original BA and my revision after having 3 kids. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my breast augmentation!
I had 23 yr old breast implants that needed to be removed and replaced. I consulted so many doctors here in the states including my original doctor from Puerto Rico he was one of the top three surgeons at that time I believe he still is.. Great doctor! But every one of them wanted to give me the maxtopexy lift with anchor lift and did not want to upgrade me to a bigger size. So I start doing my research and I found Dr. Revis. Dr. Revis was able to give me a doughnut lift in a bigger size. I went up to 800 cc in silicone which is the bigger size in silicone in the market, Dr. Revis is awesome. His bedside manners is ridiculously fantastic. He has so much energy and good vibes. He will make sure that you will taken care of he will be reaching out to you seconds and I mean in seconds or minutes if you email him, he's always available if you wanna get the breast surgeon with the best boobies around choose Dr. Revis he is indeed the"Boob Whisperer "
I have had two breast augmentations done by Dr Revis (I wanted them bigger the 2nd time) and he is the best. Everything from his responsiveness to e-mail (within hours, even on weekends) to professionalism and just a great surgeon. He listens to what you want and got it right both times! I know 6 girls that have used him and all have very sexy boobs! You won’t be disappointed and he is worth every dollar he charges.
3/20/24 Contacted Dr Revis via email. He responded, personally, himself with a surgery plan and breast lift options. The plan was decided. The cost was decided with the initial contact. In the next 1-2d was contacted by his office with the medical testing requirements & options for payment. $1000 down payment was required to schedule surgery. My initial surgery date was pushed forward because my mammogram result was abnormal. Had to have an eventual ultrasound & biopsy. Yikes!!! But luckily, it turned out to be fibrous tissue. His staff was very easy to deal with during this process. The Breast Center kept requesting different orders from them for testing. I live out of state. This could’ve been a challenge. It wasn’t. By the time I contacted them about what the Breast Center was asking for, it had already been completed & sent over. 9/5/24 Pre-op appt with Dr Revis went well. He has great bedside manner. As soon as he entered the room, I knew I’d made a great choice! His staff was very friendly as well. I commented how easy everything had been preparing for surgery. It is apparent they have experience dealing with out of state patients. Anyway, Dr Revis completed the exam. Prescriptions for antibiotics & pain meds were given on this day. Keep that in mind for out-of-towners. You will need to allow time to get scripts filled at a local pharmacy. 9/6/24 Surgery was scheduled for 10:30a. Arrival was 8am. Surgery is done at a Surgical Center not far from his office. Staff here are also very friendly. FYI This center will contact you weeks ahead of time. They require some paperwork to be completed for anesthesia. They also require their fee to be paid directly to them on the day of surgery. Another thing for out-of-towners to keep in mind. Anesthesia MD talks with you before surgery. Then Dr Revis comes in & marks your body. I told him I was very nervous. He said “He’s got this!!” Very confident in his work. I like that. Surgery was quick. Was back at the hotel about 1:30p 9/6-9/9/24 Experienced a lot of pain on my right side. Had a capsule on this side that had to be removed from my old implants. Dr Revis also did the internal bra with extra stitching. His office will call you a couple times to check on you & the Surgery Center will call you once to check in. 9/10/24 Post op appt with Dr Revis. It was short. Was cleared to travel home. 9/11/24 Arrived home. No issues. Will continue to update this review as time passes. POD #6 Things look great. Some bruising. Steri strips are supposed to stay in place for 3wks. Little to no pain. Already had implants, so don’t have to wait for them to drop in place. Keep that in mind if it’s your first augmentation. It has been a great experience so far. Would definitely recommend Dr Revis if you want larger implants or have had issues with previous implants. He had a lot of revision experience. Updated on 11 Oct 2024: Still in love with my new breasts. No pain at all at this point. Very soft. Previously had capsular contracture on the right side, so taking Singular daily. Areolas are still healing. Wear steri strips most of the time. Haven’t started using scar cream yet. Great experience so far.
Dr. Revis comes highly recommended. After much searching, I felt I would be in great hands in his care. He listened to my concerns regarding my current implants & appearance. The office staff was helpful & made traveling for the procedure very easy.
Ever since I lost 55+lbs and breastfed my baby girl my body has slowly deflated. I used to be a 36DD and ended up going to down to a small 36B with plenty of room left in the bra. I wanted a full mommy makeover but decided on just a BA and motivation to loose more weight and build a booty. I started my research in 2019 and after dozens of surgeon reviews I decided to that I wanted to travel out of Canada and go to the land of boob: Florida. My husband picked the best surgeon he could find and we are so pleased with Dr. Donal Revis in every aspect. Today I am post op day 1. I will post my journey here! Updated on 8 Aug 2024: So far post op day 2 has been the worst, I’m in quite a bit of pain and starting to regain sensation around my nipples. The pain meds are a life saver. I’ll also mention I was not expecting to bubble up and be sooo bloated that I look 20lbs over weight. Ladies prepare yourself On a sidenote, I had my visit with Dr. Revis so that I was cleared to go home. He said everything looks great and I have very minimal bruising and in case you’re wondering, he did not use the steritape on my nipples because I’ve had a rash reaction to those types of tapes so instead he used a glue . Updated on 9 Aug 2024: There has been major changes in between day 4-5: - as of day 5 I am no longer in any real pain. I get a couple shocks of tightnesses here and there but have successfully stopped the narco. -my upper pole tissue has started to noticeably drop -I have better range of motion with my arms I’m still very tired and sleepy, and will continue to rest to see major improvement. My stitches around my nipple don’t hurt anymore and I’m regaining the sensation back at the tip of my nipple. I’m a little nervous for the scarring but Dr.Revis recommended a silicone gel I can start using around 2-3 weeks PO. Updated on 12 Aug 2024: From day 5-7 I managed to stop taking all pain killers (narco, Tylenol) and only use the muscle relaxer twice a day. Bruising is minimal now and the only significant discomfort is when I move my arms a lot when doing a chore. Every week Dr. Revis will be receiving pictures of my progress since I’m an out of town patient and today he said everything looks awesome! Updated on 20 Aug 2024: A lot happened in between 1-2 weeks post op: - one of my stitches leaked a yellowish/clear fluid that could have been a seroma however it cleared on its own - the right side is way higher and larger than the left, the left is dropping and healing much faster - started to take off the glue around the incisions - I am able to do almost all activities that don’t include lifting heavy items with little to no discomfort - sleeping on my side is allowed now but with pillows (still slightly uncomfortable) - occasionally still taking a muscle relaxer to help the right side drop Updated on 27 Aug 2024: -The scars are starting to heal nicely, pain is very minimal now. Started scar gel treatment. -I got the OK from the doctor to massage the implant to encourage dropping. -One thing I’m not loving is my one nipple looks good and the other looks so misshaped.. definitely considering having a nipple revision or possibly tattoo work in the future. After spending thousands of dollars already, I wasn’t expecting this weird looking nipple but it is what it is. - The breasts are pretty hard still but are starting to have a slight squish. Updated on 27 Aug 2024: Updated on 6 Sep 2024: Dr. Revis gave the OK to start doing a massage to help them drop, so far so good! Loving my results. Updated on 9 Sep 2024: - finally able to work out for the past two weeks and slowly getting my body back to normal movements - I full range of motions now lifting my arms up and the sides - scarring is minimal now it the help of silicone gel and scar tape -they are finally getting squishy! Updated on 24 Sep 2024: A little late, but officially cleared to do full exercise and lifting over 20lbs now.
I love Dr. Revis!! He is the best surgeon. He did a revision on a augmentation I had done the prior year by another surgeon. I'm so happy with my results. My new implants are more comfortable and feel much better. Plus the internal bra he does holds them up perfectly. He's deserves more than 5 stars!
I can’t rave about Dr. Revis enough! He is absolutely the best beast augmentation surgeon I could have ever hoped for. My boobs are size 1250cc each and let me tell you my boyfriend is OBSESSED! They look incredible and are jiggly and softer than my previous 240cc silicon which I could feel the lip of and were harder. The incisions are practically non existent after less than a month! The staff, office and surgical team were incredible! The anesthesiologist was amazing, I was anxious about the pain associated afterwards with the intubation during surgery and this guy was a godsend, my throat didn’t hurt afterwards and he made me feel comfortable through the entire process along with his super sweet nursing staff! I’m so glad I paid more to get it done right!
I’ve known about Dr Revis for quite a few years because of so many happy patients reporting on online communities and blogs. I think deep down I knew I always wanted (needed) to be a Revis girl! I had my first breast augmentation in DC in 2013 (not Dr Revis) and had 650cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. After having a baby (breastfeeding for 6 months) and my breasts (one more than the other) developing significant double bubble-I knew I wanted to go with XL implants and have the double bubble corrected immediately. Even though I already knew about Dr Revis, I researched further to ensure I would find the best corrective surgeon in the US, specializing in XL implants. Every time I researched, I kept finding my way back to Dr Revis. I reached out to get a consultation, where I sent an email with pictures to Dr Revis. His office said he was out, so the response may be delayed; however I received a response within a few hours! He made suggestions and from that initial email I knew he would be my next surgeon! Every single interaction with Dr Revis and his team were beyond my expectations. He was personable, listened to my concerns, obviously experienced and highly competent, and I felt like I wasn’t just another boob job, in and out. He listened -what I wanted mattered! Dr Revis and his staff were excellent! Beyond anything I could have imagined. I had an allergic reaction to the surgical tap about a week after surgery and Dr Revis’ staff immediately assisted to help me through my issues and followed up as well. I’m three and a half months post-surgery now and absolutely love my results! My experience was incredible. Should I ever have another breast augmentation surgery, I would ONLY go back to Dr Revis.
I had my first breast augmentation back in 2019 by a horrible local doctor that left me with a very painful case of symmastia. Instead of feeling more confident in myself, I was embarrassed to wear anything that showed my chest. I decided to seek help but no local surgeon wanted to risk operating on me. I found one doctor that said he could "possibly" fix it but it was not guaranteed. I was young and dumb and decided to go through with it. Unfortunately the surgery was a fail and I was left once again with symmastia. I didn't want to give up hope, there HAD to be someone out there that could fix my uniboob. I wrote to many different doctors across the country, but nobody had the CONFIDENCE to fix me. Then I found Dr Revis.... This man had BDE and I loved that! I emailed him photos of my botched job and he replied back to me within 20 minutes stating that he can fix my problem and explained the whole plan in detail! I loved that he had confidence and even showed proof that he fixed the same problem on many other girls! His website shows many cases of symmastia that he successfully fixed, and I had hope that he could fix mine too! So my sister, mom, and I made the trip across the country from California to Florida. We flew out on a Monday, met the doctor on Tuesday, surgery on Wednesday, and flew back home by Sunday. I was cleared to travel by Friday, but we decided to stay a few extra days to recover a bit more. I absolutely LOVED Dr Revis from the minute he introduced himself. Kind, humble, friendly, very easy to get a long with! I was worried that he was going to try convincing me to get bigger implants (considering a lot of his work is with XL implants) but as soon as I told him I wanted 275cc HP, he said okay! And wrote it down on his notes. I felt very safe in the hands of Dr Revis. The day of surgery, I was very nervous, but once he walked in, my nerves went down. Something about his cute lil bubbly personality hahaha! Anyways, when I woke up from surgery, I didn't feel much pain. I was still loopy from the anesthesia, so I don't remember too much. However, the following day and the day after were brutal!! I was definitely in a lot of pain and I felt so swollen. It felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest!! It was a big surgery ~ I had the internal bra procedure and also included the extra mesh ~ I knew that over time, things would settle and I would be feeling better. And I did! I am now almost 3 months post op and my breasts are looking better and better everyday! I wanted small, natural boobs, and that's EXACTLY what Dr Revis gave me. He truly is the boob god and I will always recommend him to any of my family, friends, or fellow internet users :) He will give you the results that you want, as long as you tell him! My results were so great, that now my sister is saving up to get hers done by him too!!! We love Dr Revis!!!!! Thank you!!!
Good evening, You may be overthinking it- breasts are sisters, not twins, so you cannot expect them to ever be identical- that's just not how the world works. Your rings don't fit the same on both hands either.
Good evening, You are an excellent candidate for a donut mastopexy to lift your nipple position and tighten your skin, and an implant exchange. I would also perform the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, to lift and support your implants over the long term. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it remains the most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!
Good evening, You are an excellent candidate for a submuscular augmentation with saline or silicone implants, depending on your preference. We would determine the exact size and profile when I measure your chest, we review photos together, and you have an opportunity to try on the implant sizers here in the office. You do not need a lift- yay!

Good afternoon, Looks like you have some synmastia, which is why there is no space between your implants- and this either resulted from overdissection of your pockets by your surgeon and/or some developing encapsulation. I correct this using the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is he most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!
