Can I try to have my lips filled after suffering from an occlusion and necrosis or is this the end of the road? (photos)

I had my first experience of juvederm yesterday and the nurse practitioner hit an artery i suffered an occlusion and within moments I developed necrosis immediately she dissolved the filler within minutes, Is this just a bad experience or is it something i could have done again in the future? Obviously I am now very nervous about any procedures but have always wanted my lips doing and would like a definitive answer
