Dr Strawford and his team are extremely professional. The clinic is beautiful and provides a calming environment. I was a little nervous about having a silhouette soft thread lift but I was made to feel calm and relaxed from start to finish. The procedure was virtually painless (the numbing injections are basically all you feel) and the results are incredible! At 33, after the birth of my daughter and a little weight gain and loss, I started to notice sagging in my lower face (jowls) and neck, making me look older. Many people view this treatment as something for slightly older women. After speaking with Dr Strawford and a lot of research, it’s clear that treatments like this are beneficial for younger women too. I have used fillers to improve the look of my face and they have worked very well but I was never completely satisfied and didn’t want to overfill my face. It has now been over a week since my Ellanse treatment with Dr Strawford to my cheek area and I am very happy with the result. I workout a lot and had lost fullness in my checks. One side of my face was worse than the other. I had 4ml of Ellanse filler delivered via a cannula to balance and build up my cheek area. The treatment was painless and I was able to go to work the next day no questions asked. I attended the Wells clinic which is set in the countryside in a lovely stone building. Fantastic from start to finish. Dr Ian Strawford gave such good advice and gave me plenty of time to think about what I wanted. He explained everything fully and both Dr Strawford and Natalie made me really at ease. I visited them for the first time two and a half years ago and had Ellanse and it was life changing. My confidence came back. I had been depressed and in an oppressive relationship but looking better helpied me move on with my life. I got a new job and moved away and turned it around. I opted for Ellanse last week for the second time as it rejuvenates skin gradually but still look natural. I experienced very little discomfort during the procedure and minimal swelling. Again I am delighted with results. After just a few days my skin is plumper and less saggy/wrinkly. I look more rested and fresh. The treatment was also really good value. I recently had Ellansé injected into my cheeks by Dr. Strawford in Plymouth. Not only is he a very nice person, who listens to you and goes out of his way to give you exactly what you want, but he’s also very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. Natalie, his nursing assistant, is brilliant too. Not only is she lovely; she always answers my emails promptly and goes out of her way to schedule my appointments to suit my working arrangements.
