Passion is my game! I have worked in this amazing world of Aesthetics for over thirteen years with over seven of those being with Radiance Skin Therapy & Laser Center. My clear passion for this ever-evolving industry reflects in my love (okay fine, obsession) for skin care, long-term relationships with clients, and respect for my talented co-workers. My goal is to provide support, knowledge, and the best experience you have ever had! When I am not at work, I spend time with my husband, who is a social guru so he keeps me busy. I aspire to travel more and meet new people all over the world. I love adventure, music, and life in general. I look forward to helping you on your journey to self-confidence!

Anne Pientka, the founder of Radiance, is an RN with a bachelor of science in nursing. Anne also holds the distinction of being one of only 200 Certified Aesthetic Nurses in the United States. She has over ten years of experience as a professional aesthetic provider. Anne’s passion and specialty is working with injectable products like Botox/Dysport, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Perlane, Sculptra, PRP & more. She prides herself in natural-looking outcomes and is recognized as one of the two national trainers in Wisconsin for Allergan, makers of Botox Cosmetic and well known injectable fillers. Anne takes a personal interest in her patients and establishes a strong personal rapport. She educates and guides her patients, treating them with a gentle touch and helps them achieve their goals for a natural and youthful appearance.

Katie Thorsen is a licensed aesthetician at Radiance Skin Therapy. She has more than eight years of medical aesthetic experience and also holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising. Katie’s experience lends to her talent in helping patients understand the aesthetic solutions for their goals. Katie has advanced training in all the technologies and treatments offered at Radiance Skin Therapy. She will take a very focused and educational approach in defining your treatment plan and following through with your goals. Katie is service-driven, relationship-based, forges long-term relationships with her clients whose personal needs always come first.

Rachel is a licensed aesthetician and the newest to join Radiance Skin Therapy. She has nine years of experience in medical aesthetics with advanced training in lasers, skin treatments, body contouring, and medical grade skincare products. She acquired a bachelor’s degree in business from UW-Green Bay. Rachel brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the skincare industry and excels at recommending skin care regimens for every skin type. She is excited to meet all of your skin care needs and provide personalized, tailored care so you can leave feeling happy with your skin!

Courtney is one of our Aesthetic RNs at Radiance Skin Therapy. She joined Radiance in early September 2018 and is looking forward to expanding her expertise in aesthetics and perfecting her techniques with one of the best in the industry, Anne Pientka! Courtney acquired her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Saint Anthony College of Nursing. She has always had a deeply rooted passion for the aesthetic industry and will soon be providing all services offered at Radiance including Botox/Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Chemical Peels, PhotoRejuvenation, Body Contouring & much more! As a nurse, her passion is establishing long term relationships with clients and empowering them throughout the natural aging process while enhancing their natural beauty! She can’t wait to meet all of you and start the aesthetic and skincare journey with you!

Taylor Hill is one of our Aesthetic RN’s at Radiance. Taylor has worked at Radiance throughout the years helping out with different areas of the front desk. Inspired by her Mom, also an Aesthetic RN at Radiance, Taylor knew she wanted to be a nurse and achieved her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2017. Since Aesthetics is in her blood, she wanted to pave her own way in the industry. She has done just that by joining Radiance as an Aesthetic RN. Taylor has several certifications and specializes in of our injectable services, skin essential & body contouring services such as Botox, Kybella, PRP, HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, BBL, Laser Hair & more! Her clinical knowledge as a nurse and her passion for helping people look & feel their best is the perfect combination. Taylor looks forward to building long-term relationships with clients & helping with their journey to looking & feeling great! She hopes to inspire others with her passion for skincare & loves helping build self-confidence.
