White spot/bum after lip fillers? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and I appreciate your concern. Lumps and bumps are common after lip fillers. Swelling after the injections can make the bumps even more prominent. I would guess those side effects will subside without intervention within about two weeks. If they don’t, schedule another follow-up with your doctor to determine whether this area has to be dissolved with hyaluronidase. However, I think that will be unlikely.

Thank you for your question. It may take two weeks for the
swelling to dissolve from the HA filler. If after the two weeks it is
still asymmetrical, I recommend to dissolve the filler and start again.
Dissolving the filler will bring you back to your natural beauty. I
suggest to see an expert injector around your area to tailor a treatment

Swelling from lip fillers can last up to two weeks after injection.  This can make some irregularities and bumps a bit more prominent initially.  If the bumps have not settled in two weeks then it may be that the product was injected to superfically into the tissue.
I would suggest waiting the two weeks and if things have not resolved to see your practitioner to have an evaluation.  The filler lump can be dissolved  if need be to correct the asymmetry.

Swelling and bruising are common from lip injections and can take up to two weeks to resolve.  This could be from swelling, or it could be product that was placed too superficially.  If after two weeks from injection the lump has not resolved return to your injector for an evaluation.  If needed to product can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.

A few issues presented: #1. You did not write injecting MD? So you had a nurse injector? or worse a non medical injector. #2. Appears as the bump is excess HA filler. If after 10 days to 2 weeks still present I would dissolve the HA filler excess with HA filler injectable dissolver. Usual fee $500.
