Its a big decision to have cosmetic surgery on your face. You want to improve your appearance and at the same time, you don't want to look like you 'had work done.' Dr Lieberman provided the perfect balance for me. His honesty and experience made my decision easy one. I'm 49, had a facelift and its NATURAL.

I had been using lip fillers for a few years and have had the filler dissolved then filled then dissolved again. When I first had filler done it was great I liked how it gave a little me the volume that I had lost from aging, but after a few years the filler started to weigh down the area above my top lip and made my face appear longer. After researching lip lift surgeons for months I decided to go with Dr. Lieberman from L&P Aesthetics. From the staff to the consultation I have never felt so welcomed, comfortable, and spoken to with kindness. Dr. Lieberman, Jenny, and the entire staff treated me like I was a friend. I live about an hour and half away and would not think of going anywhere else. I trust Dr. Lieberman and L&P Aesthetics completely. I could write so much more but my pictures are also proof. It has been 17 days since the surgery and my results are incredible. I have so much more confidence and love the results. While there is more settling that will happen everything is healing so well. These are progress photos of my procedure with Dr. Lieberman at L&P Aesthetics. They are a 17 day timeline of healing. I fortunately had very little pain and at 3 weeks I will be able to return to my regular exercise routine. I will also be given some massaging exercises to do after 6 weeks. I am so thankful for Dr. Lieberman’s expertise, kindness, and all around positive person. I am thrilled with the results so far and the fact that there is no scar visible at only 17 days post op. The redness is normal and I am being very consistent with the scar gel and sunscreen. I am using sunscreen and a hat when I am outdoors and limit that at this point.

4 weeks post lip lift and I am still slightly swollen and my incision area feels stiff and tight so I am still careful with movements. I am able to work out again also. You will see that I have redness at the incision line which is to be expected. I am using sunscreen and Bio Corneum scar gel with SPF 30.

It has been 7 weeks post lip lift and I am seeing continued healing and settling. Looks incredible and I am so happy with he results. I can’t thank Dr. Lieberman and the L&P staff enough for being part of my journey of self care/self love. I recently went to a grad party and was complimented on my appearance. The world used was “stunning”. Thai subtle change in my face has brought balance and 100 percent confidence boosts for me.

I've seen Dr Lieberman for various things such as Botox, lasers, skin pinch and lip lift. He has a very natural and conservative approach. He and his staff are very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this team!

Consider your search complete. Clearly if you're reading reviews for a surgical practice, you're concerned about the skill of the surgeons, the professionalism of the practice and obviously your results. Not only are Drs Lieberman and Parikh incredibly skilled, polished, and compassionate but they also truly care about their patients. With an incomparable level of talent surgically, they take the time to explain the procedures to you, your options, discuss expectations and ensure that you're doing the procedures for the right reasons. Options and suggestions are given in a manner that will put you at ease instead of feeling pressured. Both doctors radiate a certain sense of calm and confidence which helped put my anxiety at ease immediately. They made me feel valued and respected as a patient. My results are spectacular. I look and feel significantly younger. Now I radiate and glow from the inside out because I feel beautiful. Aging is not a fun process and I encourage you to meet with them, to discuss your options for what I refer to as "age reduction" and to see what would benefit you from their vast array of services. The staff is first class and polished. Truly this should be your final stop in your search!

After hours of searching online for a facelift doctor I came up with following criteria: 1)Faces ONLY 2) Pictures (before and after) 3) Education 4) Location 5) Reviews.

Using this, I narrowed down my choices to three possibilities in the Bay Area and one in Beverly Hills.

The consults were different - two by Zoom - one in person(the one with Dr. Lieberman) - and actually one kept rescheduling me (so after the second reschedule I moved on.)

When I met with Dr. Lieberman and explained why I was there (“I am tired of looking tired”)….He proceeded to tell me my options. He told me “It’s not going to be perfect” to which I replied - “I dont expect perfect” (which translates - of course to “I want perfect!’). Dr.Lieberman explained to me what a brow and facelift could do, what fat transfer could do, what the laser could do and perhaps more importantly what they could not. This was my 3rd consult and I knew my final.

My surgery was 2 months ago. I am still healing but I am thrilled with the outcome. In fact, contrary to his warning the first day….it IS perfect!!! The funny thing about a facelift is that in the end - if no one knows you did it you wonder if it was worth it. On the other hand, you dont want to look “done”.

The result of the browlift is amazing. My tired eyes are bright and open and yet I do NOT have that surprised pulled look. A bonus is that I now have eyelids that actually show makeup! (I did not have my eyes done…this was achieved with just the brow lift.)

In my face, my cheekbones are back where they should be. I have structure with volume which I was not convinced was possible….(I always thought one precluded the other.) I don’t look injected and filled….just rested and restored.

The texture and tone of my skin is beautiful! Make up goes on so nicely now, but on a daily basis I have only been needing tinted sunscreen - my skin literally glows!

My healing was amazingly fast - and while I can tell I have a ways to go….I was fully functional and in public in literally 11 days.

Even though Dr. Lieberman was my main consult, Dr. Parikh was phenomenal as well. I was never nervous having this done (and I had a LONG surgery) knowing I had these two surgeons working on me together.

Finally - the office is lovely, the staff are friendly and genuinely happy, and the surgery center is bar none the most beautiful I have ever seen.

After much research, selected Dr L (and bonus got Dr P as well because they operate together which was one of the components of their practice I was strongly drawn to). The pre-op process was first rate down to phone calls the night before from the anesthesiologist and Drs. Surgery, post op care was flawless. Genuinely could not be more excited about the result. Professionalism, mastery of medicine, acute attention to detail and artistry were all demonstrated. An excellent choice for anyone considering.

After 3 years of my unsatisfying original rhynoplasty in Beverly hills, finally made up my mind finding a great doctor for the 2nd nose job. Dr Lieberman is the best in this field to say the least. He is extremely smart and honest, and also super patient when explaining details of all available options.
I never believed I could have a super proportional and cute nose on my face, instead of the old big crooked one. Now that it is 6 months post op, every time I see my face in the mirror I make sure I made a great decision to choose him for my revision rhinoplasty surgeon, after consulting with more than 10 other famous plastic surgeons all across the US.Surgery procedure was a smooth experience with minimal bruising. I had been very interested in the bullhorn lip lift procedure for several years. My nature lip was very flat and thin. I also had some asymmetry that bother me and I didn't show a lot of top teeth when I smiled. I had been getting filler to try and reshape my cupids bow but found that after years of doing this that my filler not only had migrated above my lip giving me the dreaded duck lip but my lip become heavy and I ended up showing less top teeth than I did prior to filler.

After doing a lot of research and examining before and after I found Dr Lieberman. I could tell from his before-and -after's that his patients had a big improvement which is what I was looking for. Once I meet him in person I knew I wanted him to do my surgery. I liked that he was willing to make a true improvement and was not super modest about the amount of skin he was willing to remove between the nose and lip. We removed 5.5 millimeter of skin in the center and he adjusted the other two sides to address my asymmetry.

My surgery was in office with only numbing shots and No narcotics. I was perfectly comfortable with no pain or discomfort. On the drive home about 30 minutes after I let the office, my top teeth started to hurt and my lip started to ache and I kinda got a head ache. I took a 500 mg extra strength Tylenol and felt better. once I got home If I needed to get up or move it would ache but was definitely tolerable. I ended up taking one Tylenol every 6 hours

Day 2 I was pretty swollen but in less pain. I only took Tylenol every 8 hours. My talking was compromised tho because I was trying not to tug on my stitches and I could only really eat yogurt and smoothies. Also I had trouble brushing my teeth and mostly brush the bottom teeth.

By day 3 I no longer needed any Tylenol,

By day 5 my talking was a lot better and I could brush my teeth mostly normal. most of the heavy swelling had gone down. also I got my stitched out this day too.

Today is day 6 and I am pretty Happy with my progress so far. I am still swollen but my lips look pretty sematic which I am happy about and the shape looks nice. I am still avoiding smiling so I will updated with a smiling photo once I feel comfortable putting pressure on that area.

Here are my pre and post op photos. My bruising is gone and others than there surgical tap under my nose I don’t think anyone would notice I just had had surgery a few days ago. I will updated more in a week or so as the healing progresses. So happy to finally have had the surgery and get to be one of the people who get to review this procedure!!
