I had surgery 3 months ago (under the muscle, 375 MP+) & just had a post op appointment a few days ago. I googled symmastia & now I’m worried because my breasts are really close together. I tried calling my doctor but it’s saturday so the office is closed. Is it swelling or do I have symmastia? Is there anything I can do to make a bigger gap in between my breasts? Should I be worried?

Thanks for your question. It sounds more like you have a post op seroma or fluid collection that is leaking out of the breast. Silicone gel is clear in color and thick, and while it is not likely that you have a leaking implant I would never say it was "impossible". Your surgeon should...
At 3 months post op, you should be fine to go through the process. Pregnancy may alter the breast, but I would recommend you wear a good support bra. This should help. Check in with all treating physicians.
