Today is my 2 days post op. It is very tight and has lots of pressure. I know that it will go over time. But I am concerning about my implant: I chose 475cc High Profile, under muscles. However, it looks very square and high. Will my implants round more and will it project more?

However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2 days post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

It can take 4-6 months before the implants look and feel like they belong to you. Be sure to keep any scheduled follow up appointments you have with your surgeon for his or her evaluation and advice. Answer: Breast augmentation post op day 2 Dear O, Thanks for posting your breasts augmentation pictures, though, seeing the before pictures would have been helpful. You are very early in the healing process and your symptoms , as well as the appearance of the breasts will improve with time, especially if you will perform implants displacement massage on a daily basis, starting on the 3rd day after surgery, as all my breasts augmentation patients are instructed to do. Your breasts will round more and will project more with time , however, if the sub mammary crease will not stretch downward further , in order to get optimal projection and perkiness you might benefit from mini lift (donut, Benelli). Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking.
