From a very young age, I knew that my breasts were different. I could see they were conical in shape and that the areolas were disproportionately large and puffy. For years, I thought I was broken, or that something was wrong with me. This really affected my self-image and self-confidence. I really struggled with whether or not I wanted to go through with plastic surgery since I have always been more of a “natural” woman. I was concerned that I would feel and/or look “fake” or “plastic” if I fixed my tuberous breasts. That changed completely when I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Chang. His professionalism and bedside manner are beyond impeccable. He made me feel safe, reassured, and listened to what I wanted: natural, proportional breasts. After surgery, he delivered the desired results with the utmost expertise. My breasts are now beautifully round, with circular areolas, and they look and feel extremely natural. I could not be more thankful. He truly is a wonderful and caring doctor that helped me overcome a really deep insecurity that I lived with for 27+ years. Dr. Chang and his staff are amazing! I came in with a botched breast augmentation and lift. I am super happy with my breast implant revision. I had an amazing experience with this doctor. He was so kind and added an internal bra to help with my structure issues. I will be retuning to him soon to get bigger implants after having another child.

My experience with Dr. Chang and his team was wonderful from start to finish. I was initially referred to his clinic by another surgeon down in Miami who did fat transfer breast augmentations. I had some concerns about getting implants and upon evaluation I was told I wasn’t a good candidate for fat transfer. The Miami surgeon recommended I book a consult with Dr. Chang. My initial consultation with Dr. Chang was great, we discussed what my options were, the possible risks and the best option for my breast augmentation. Nobody at the clinic made me feel pressured to get implants or anything like that- they just provided me with a holistic review of what my options were and answered my questions throughly. I eventually did a second consult to discuss the actual procedure and booked my surgery date. Surgery day could not have gone any better- and this is coming from someone who has never had surgery before. The entire team was excellent both at Congressional plastic surgery and Cedar Lane surgery center. It was very convenient to have the surgery center in the same building as the clinic. Recovery went so well and I was surprised at how good and natural my breasts looked early on in the process. So far I’m 3 months out and they’ve completely settled and look very very natural. My friends can’t believe I have implants from how seamless the profile is and how much the size fits my frame. I couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t recommend Dr. Chang enough!

I want to start by saying I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to in order to help others who are indecisive on their surgeon or their procedure. I can honestly say, I have spent hours reading reviews on Google, FB and Reddit when doing my research so I hope this helps others.

I’ve wanted a septoplasty/rhinoplasty for a few years, and I finally decided to do some research on finding the best board-certified plastic surgeon in the DMV area. I narrowed it down to 3 surgeons and met with each for a consultation, with Dr Christopher Chang being one of them.

As soon as I met Dr. Chang, I knew he was going to be the surgeon I chose. He was kind, funny, considerate and very compassionate. He made me feel comfortable right away, which I didn’t feel with the other 2 surgeons I had met with. He took the time to truly examine my nose. He spent the full hour consultation understanding my goals, examining my breathing issues, taking additional pictures and reviewing the “after” images of with me.

Following the consultation, I was in constant communication with his assistant, Samantha. Anytime I would think of a question or concern, I would email Samantha and within 1-2 business days she would reply back and address each and every question. She was so prompt and responsive. I persistently emailed her multiple times, and her responses were always so helpful, understanding and friendly. I really appreciated all the help she provided me on multiple occasions.

Upon surgery day, I felt very comfortable, and the process was extremely smooth. At no point in time was I confused on what the next step was or what I needed to do to prepare. Both Nurse Jackie and Nurse Tech Katherine, made the morning of my surgery very easy and comfortable. They were amazing.

Following surgery, Dr. Chang personally called and texted me to check in on how I was doing — this made me feel truly cared for. He also sent me videos and pictures of how my nose looked right after the surgery since I had a cast on.

I am now 2.5 weeks post-op and Dr. Chang has reached out to me a few times just to check in to see how I am doing. Although I have some swelling (which is expected), I love my new nose! Dr. Chang exceeded my expectations!

If you are considering a rhinoplasty, I 100% recommend Dr. Chang. You won’t regret it. I plan to go to Dr. Chang for any future procedures I will have. Happy to answer any questions or send you my before and after pictures to help!

Dr. Chang and Monica listen carefully, which is the number one thing I look for in any provider. They are supreme professionals, and they never overdo it. I have learned a ton since going to Dr. Chang, and am very grateful for his and his staff's expertise and knowledge sharing.

I had my first breast augmentation with Dr. Chang, from the moment I met him at my consultation, I immediately felt like I was in good and caring hands! I am blown away by the staff and Dr.Chang’s customer support and bedside manner. I am was supposed to get a brow lift and bleph done but on day of surgery at the hospital pregnancy test showed up positive. Needless to say Dr. Chang was great when he delivered the news and obviously had to cancel surgery right then. A week later I actually find out it was a non viable pregnancy. I reached out to his team and they said could either have a full refund or reschedule as soon as safe to. I am set for surgery in May and will write an updated review but I think him and his staff deserve 5 stars for their flexibility and customer service I have seen so far.
