Can a breast lift, mini tummy tuck and BBL be performed at the same time?

Hi. If you were my sister, I wouldn't let you do all this at once. I would advise you to do the 360 liposuction and BBL first. Heal and recover from that, and than 4-6 months later do the breast lift and mini tummy tuck. 2 reasons:- Safety. - Recovery: we always tell our patients to lay on their tummy the first 4-6 week for optimum fat transfer survival and contouring. And for breast lift and tummy tuck, we tell them to lay on their back for 4-6 weeks. So unless you plan on sleep flying, i would do them separately to optimize your results.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

It sounds like you do not have much fat for liposuction and need for fat transfer; your breast lift and TT also do not spound like much of the work? Based on your info, you could have all of these procedures done in the same surgery. However, only your surgeon can make that decision based on your presentation and healt status. Good luck.

Hello, thank you for your question. We typically don't recommend doing a bbl and tummy tuck at the same time However if it a bbl revision with some fat injected to the side of your buttock then it can be possible. of course speak to your plastic surgeon about your options.

You should be fine with doing the three procedures at the same time. I try not to go more than six our procedures at the same setting, however, I feel that all of your procedure should be performed in under that time. A physical exam with certainly answer this question more accurately.

Doing combined procedures in plastic surgery is pretty common. There is some potential conflict with doing breast surgery and a BBL especially depending on each individual plastic surgeons. The protocol. A lot of plastic surgeons. Want to patients to sleep on the abdomen after doing a BBL and that will not work if you have breast surgery at the same time. Or than anything else I generally recommend avoiding traveling long distances for elective surgical procedures. Patient’s think I’m not appreciate the importance of having multiple in person consultations to properly vets, plastic surgeons before scheduling permanent irreversible body contouring procedures. Likewise, the number of patients who have significant concerns after surgery is real, just like your own experience, including the need for revisions, and the complications actually do happen.
I generally recommended patients stay locally, or who is in at distance, where you’re able to have in person, consultations and in person follow up visits.
To find the right provider, I generally recommend patient schedule at least five in person consultations before choosing a provider.
If you have a provider in mind, then I suggest you ask him or her regarding having to combine procedures. Some surgeons will say yes, and some will say no.
