You are basically lacking projection on your buttocks, You can improve this through weight training, however, you are also lacking volume on your hips, which is why you are not very curvy in proportions. You would need to add volume through fat transfer to your hips, and either use fat on your buttocks as well or gluteal implants . In your case, gluteal implants would be a good choice for projection in your buttocks, and use the fat to augment the hip. as I don't think you have enough volumen for a good result using fat alone
