In your case, I would suggest a liposuction of the back and waist with a fat transfer to the hips and lateral buttocks. The fat in the small of the back can be removed.By making the waist narrower and the hips and buttocks wider, the curves will appear.

Hello, thank you for your question and your pic. First off, there is no reason other than genetics for this, as this is only a variant in anatomy. You are basically lacking projection on your buttocks, You can improve this through weight training, however, you are also lacking volume on your hips, which is why you are not very curvy in proportions. You would need to add volume through fat transfer to your hips, and either use fat on your buttocks as well or gluteal implants . In your case, gluteal implants would be a good choice for projection in your buttocks, and use the fat to augment the hip. as I don't think you have enough volumen for a good result using fat alone
