A BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks, which will define your waist. The injected fat will give you more hips and projection. I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello and thank you for posting! I believe your body type is not an issue. You already have some curves and small breasts. We see woman with this body type often. You have good amount of fat for fat grafting! Maybe not for a huge BBL but we can certainly give you a slightly bigger butt with more hips with a smaller waist! As far as your breasts implants will do the trick. Not an issue there as well.

Based on these photos, you could expect very nice improvement regarding body feminization with liposuction of torso (to improve waste) and fat grafting, to shape the hips. Regarding breast augmentation, you seem to be a good candidate for it, providing that you settle for a smaller implants (up to 300ml.). In person or teleconference communication with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience with this type of body contouring, is recommended. Good luck.

Hello Lyn,yes, I have performed BBL procedures on several transwomen with nice results which were pleasing to both patient and myself. (I tend to be my harshest critic!)From what I can discern from your photos, I think you would be a a suitable candidate for liposculpting of your abdomen, waist, and flank regions and fat grafting of the buttocks and hip areas. The liposuction procedure not only harvests fat for the fat grafting procedure, but will markedly deepen the waist and help define the upper buttock area. Properly performed fat grafting to the lateral hip area will provide a significant improvement in the development of a feminine curve. Fat grafting the lateral hip area in conjunction with developing a deep waist curve is the most important aspect of achieving a feminine outline. Fat grafting of the central buttock area is of secondary importance and you must be realistic in your goals. Your calculated BMI is around 26, which should provide adequate fat to make a significant improvement in your figure.
